I recently stayed at FabHotel Aura Homes for a business trip and had a pleasant experience. The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to major highways and local attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any requests. The breakfast spread was decent, with a variety of options to suit different tastes. Overall, I would recommend FabHotel Aura Homes for its comfort, convenience, and value for money. However, I did find the Wi-Fi connection to be a bit slow at times, which could be improved.

The rooms are equipped with modern amenities, including Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and TV,it’s functional and suitable for both business and leisure travelers. The breakfast provided was decent, with a variety of options to start the day.

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

I visit this hotel first time location it's not to bad it's good location according to ke this room was literally big then ever I visit any hotel but I face some problm in my foom tv is not working I don't know why I call housekeeping boy he try to switch on the TV but still tv is not working and I order poha in breakfast and what they send to my room idly,idly ???? That's is very strange thing for me. Before ordering any thing make once conform and before check in hotel see every thing is working or not other wise your money is wasted!!!!! Thank you.

I would like to raise a complaint about a person named Atul, working at the Fab shared location near Dagdusheth. He informed me that the hotel was only 5 minutes walking distance, but in reality the hotel was around 30 minutes away from the temple by vehicle. This incorrect information caused unnecessary inconvenience. During the check-in time, when I was trying to find the hotel, he was also not responding, which made the situation even more difficult. Afterwards, when I contacted another Fab representative, they guided me correctly and confirmed the actual distance. Absolutely no stars. All their good reviews are fake. It's a cheap stinking lodge which people are using for smoking, drinking and other stuffs Not recommended with families. The most pathetic hotel,staff, fab hotel services and Agoda. Very pathetic way to discomfort and cheat the guest...it's a pathetic stay that is booked for 2 days which i wanted to convert in 1 day that is also not been allowed..... The most unprofessional way to cheat the guest. 1. Property name is misleading 2. Unprofessional staff 3. Non contactable customer care of both Agoda and pathetic fab hotels 4. Unclean stinking rooms with full of cigarette smoke 5. Unable to do modification after all these unsatisfactory Conditions. 6. Most unhelpful staff. 7. Agoda tricks while booking i opted for double occupancy on arrival it shows sing occupancy and end up paying double the amount. 8. Light is not working properly 9. A/C sounds like generator

I had a very unpleasant experience during my stay at this hotel. Basic amenities were either missing or poorly managed. There wasn’t even an empty cup available in the room—only a cheap plastic glass was provided for drinking water. The electric kettle was not available initially and was given after repeated requests. The so-called complimentary breakfast was extremely limited in quantity and variety. To top it off, the tea served was barely 50 ml—definitely not what you expect from any decent hospitality service. The room was also unhygienic and uncomfortable. It had a strong cigarette smoke smell, and there were several mosquitoes in the room, making it hard to sleep. I do not recommend this hotel and suggest looking for better alternatives if you value comfort and basic hospitality.

Service was not good . Earlier was given very bad room no ac no TV shabby room then when I asked they changed the room. I have asked 5 times for food menu still no one gave. One person came to take order after 30 mins. I got food after 1hr 30 mins cold food and coke without gas worst experience. Will not recommend and give 1 star.

Guys, All reviews are fake. Never ever trust this hotel. No lift, and there some gym in ground floor so you have to climb and go. Worst ambience. Not even a single boy to speak. I had my elder parents with me and even while we are literally requesting to help with luggage and offering money also, no one is concerned. Such lame guys, While we are requesting for atleast one boy, receptionist cannot even stand and listen also; so understand the level of attitude. Don’t trust this hotel. It’s a pure scam. Don’t fall for the price like I did.
