Room clean. Staff service nice appricated to giving all required information.

Comfortable stay, staff were good in terms of service..

Rooms are not maintained properly. No hotwater. We called many times to reception to check on it they keep me on waiting but not resolved. There are cockroaches in room. AC not working properly.

Breakfast no verities, tea and coffee no taste

Very poor service, they told mineral water but not given simple water after a lots of call and don’t provide towel and toiletries, after requesting a lot they give me one more towel its really ridicules, we feel we are bagger after paying booking this hotel directly……

Pathetic experience. They charged us for complementary breakfast. They confirmed that the breakfast would be served from 8 am onwards. We went for it at 8.45 am & was told that breakfast is not ready & will take another 45 minutes. We were getting late so we asked them to refund the extra amount paid, but they refused to refund. This is disgusting. We book the hotels through such reputed platforms to avoid such last minute hassles, but such incidents loose the trust. My ratings are negative.

Excellent stay the staff was very friendly an helpful,the room was spotless, and the service exceeded my expections highly recommended

I will never want to visit this hotel again.
