Very good stay experience,good staff,quick check in process, comfortable to room.

1. Fan was not working properly. 2. The window was broken in the bathroom. 3. No network in TV and Some of the channels like Sony Sab Tv were not subscribed. 4. Room lock was very hard and getting locked very difficulty. It needs service.

Nice Guest Appearances... Cleaning and hospitality are great.. Also good relationship maintain with customer.

Cockroach inside the rooms, bead sheets are not in good condition.

No service, No Laundry, No breakfast, if you order outside food also they don't have plates. No toiletry kit, some rooms doesn't have intercom telephone, some rooms doesn't have TV. The add and photos they have provided online is may be very old. Not the same now. Not worth

Disgusting hotel. No water bottle provided. Rooms and washroom were not cleaned on daily basis. Washroom window was completely broken. Too much mosquito in room and washroom. AC was not working

Room was not good as showing in picture and not even clean rooms and its very old property rooms was very old and nothing was right in rooms and hotel, lift was not working, stares was unclean and a lot of dust was there, I supposed to stay in pune for 9 days but I changed my hotel just after 2 days because I already paid money for 2 days online so did not had any options left other then stay, so I must suggest dont go with this property, many good properties nearby but it was my luck I booked this property for stay online

It’s a broken hotel and rooms. All images shown in sites are probably graphics. Rooms are with cockroaches. Age old furniture’s and in my room AC was not operating. And they checked if they really want an AC. Towels were not placed. FAB hotel took booking and advance but room was not available and had tk wait for this broken room to be cleaned. Do not recommend. Hands down to Fab group for such practice of wrong listing

Worst ever experience in this hotel they enter in the room when you go out and also behave rudely and don't co-operate their owner was sleeping in a room they provided the same room without cleaning

There was no breakfast. Location was very shady. Hotel is primarily used by couples, cleanliness is not upto mark.
