Horrible experience with changes in our booking. The alternative hotel was in a cey poor condition and quite away from the original hoteal. We are never staying with you.

Had an amazing stay here for a week. I would like to make a special thank you note to the FabHotels representative, Mr. Harsh Yadav. He helped me a lot in finalising this property, and also helped me in resolving any concerns that I came across.

There is no restaurant. They get it from some other hotel and charge heavily. Then why person shouldnt do swiggy if he has to order from outside. It is not fab hotel but tie up. Photo shows fab hotel but it is actually lodge

I would like to raise a complaint about a person named Atul, working at the Fab shared location near Dagdusheth. He informed me that the hotel was only 5 minutes walking distance, but in reality the hotel was around 30 minutes away from the temple by vehicle. This incorrect information caused unnecessary inconvenience. During the check-in time, when I was trying to find the hotel, he was also not responding, which made the situation even more difficult. Afterwards, when I contacted another Fab representative, they guided me correctly and confirmed the actual distance. The hotel refused to give check in ...refund my money

I booked a Deluxe Room, but the room provided was very small, more like a Standard Room. I was expecting a more spacious and comfortable stay. Please ensure room types match bookings in the future.

Staff was very rude. They hadn't gava one water bottle as complimentary. They charged me 30/- for the water bottle. AC was not working in room when I complained this they started speaking me rudely.

Terrible experience at saraswati I want my refund. I have booked my room at fab hotel sairaj narhe pune your employees rahul told me due to some issues hotel is not accepting any check in at 12th and shifted us to another place no lift was provided. I was travelling with my family. Worst service and response from fab hotel.
