This was my first experience with fabhotels, and it was highly disappointing. I have already discussed with your fabhotels executives twice or thrice about the unattentiveness of hotel for service and providing basic paid amenities. I was promised while booking for amenities like lift, breakfast, basic room service, etc. However, the hotel failed to provide breakfast, room service, cleaning, towels, toiletries, and water bottles during my 5 days of stay. There was no remote for tv and AC. Asking them multiple times about all these but they failed to provide till the last of the stay. I have paid approximately 6000+ rupees and I feel like all wasted. None of their executives has taken this inputs seriously till now. Additionally hotel staff is highly untrained and always busy playing games on cell, watching videos and what not. Seems hotel owner is not bothered at all. Your request for anything will be simply ingored until you asl it 5 times or complaint to fabhotel. In my case that also not worked. In conclusion, if hotel industry is only on service and amenities, non of it is there in the hotel, also highly disappointed with fabhotel's approach to customer service.

Service was not good . Earlier was given very bad room no ac no TV shabby room then when I asked they changed the room. I have asked 5 times for food menu still no one gave. One person came to take order after 30 mins. I got food after 1hr 30 mins cold food and coke without gas worst experience. Will not recommend and give 1 star.
One of the worst hotel. Don’t book . All staff were drunk and aggressive. Not safe for anyone. I had book from Fab hotel website from mumbai but after reaching at hotel they denied for check in and also were drunk.
Room is good. Staff in non cooperative. One day there was some public function and the people are eating dinner at the entrance of hotel & there is no way to go upto lift. No hot water.
My booking for which we had paid online was cancelled by the hotel when we went to check in. There were many of us who had booked and paid, but none of us were allotted rooms. After speaking to the customer care center, they shifted our booking to another hotel Fab Gargi Galaxy. This was the worst experience of my life. Cockroaches in the room, soiled bed sheet and pillow. We had to cover the pillow with my tee shirt. We didn't even take the blanket.
After we paid the full amount as per quotation by Fabhotel. They denied us for Check in & straightforwardly told us that there is no Room. Their language is also conceited. Actually this Hotel deserves -5***** Don't book this Hotel. I request to Fabhotel to remove the Hotel from your system.
This hotel was alloted to us by Fab Hotel customer care center, after our paid booking in the Fab hotel we had booked in earlier was canceled by them. There were cockroaches in the room, soiled bedsheets and pillow covers, towels. We had to cover the pillow with my tee shirt. Worst experience
Absolutely no stars. All their good reviews are fake. It's a cheap stinking lodge which people are using for smoking, drinking and other stuffs Not recommended with families. The most pathetic hotel,staff, fab hotel services and Agoda. Very pathetic way to discomfort and cheat the guest...it's a pathetic stay that is booked for 2 days which i wanted to convert in 1 day that is also not been allowed..... The most unprofessional way to cheat the guest. 1. Property name is misleading 2. Unprofessional staff 3. Non contactable customer care of both Agoda and pathetic fab hotels 4. Unclean stinking rooms with full of cigarette smoke 5. Unable to do modification after all these unsatisfactory Conditions. 6. Most unhelpful staff. 7. Agoda tricks while booking i opted for double occupancy on arrival it shows sing occupancy and end up paying double the amount. 8. Light is not working properly 9. A/C sounds like generator
