There is a lot of noise from restaurant kitchens, pots and pans starting very early in the morning and till late at night. The room I stayed in was located such that this noise disturbed any restful sleep. Everything else was satisfactory.

Wanna share the feedback of the stay with Fab Hotels Empire Executive Hinjewadi Pune Survey Number 141/ 1/1 Village Hinjewadi behind persistant Company Taluka Pune Hinjewadi 1.Location : Location of hotel situated is interior away from Main Road ( Booked a cab n cab driver refuse to comw to hotel citing no place for car to manuveur) 2. Reception Desk : Reception desk at the ground floor is shabby and is under maintenenace 3. Ac in room : Ac in the room was not proper and weird sound was coming from it making it diffcult to sleep the whole night Water lekage around the walls where Ac is installed make it look dirty 4. No towels or hangers available in room On request 1 towel was provided which was dirty n unclean 5.Dirty washroom : Washrrom was unclean n dirty did not felt like steeping in and no soap or anything provided Overall experience _ 0

The room was extremely dirty, and both the pillows and blanket had a strong, foul odor. The entire room was filled with a musty, unpleasant smell that made it hard to breathe. Cleanliness and hygiene were clearly not a priority, and it made my stay very uncomfortable.

Terrible place. It was just shady it's a love hotel not a hotel for family pls stop referring this as a hotel it was just too shady.. no family will stay there in those kind of rooms. It's a fucking love hotel..

It seems to be a fraud run both by the hotelier along with the help of Fabhotels. Rooms were unhygienic, smelly and the furniture was broken. Unsafe for women and children. Inappropriate and bully behaviour by Fabhotels customer care.

I had a very disappointing experience at this property. The rooms were extremely unhygienic – the linens were stained and clearly not cleaned properly. The washrooms were dirty, and there were even insects in the room. The environment was very disturbing, with loud music, parties, and constant noise throughout the night, making it impossible to rest. This property mainly seems to operate as a local budget stay, and the rates are much lower if booked directly rather than through platforms like OYO or Fab, which feels misleading. Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and comfortable stay.

Bed wasn't good. Blankets were not cleaned. Service was very poor. Even Guest had taken Towel from Reception. Phone connection wasn't provided.

All the photos were edited, and there was 0% match with the actual room. The room and bathroom smelled, and the bed was uncomfortable. I couldn’t sleep peacefully — it was a very, very bad experience.

This is the worst place i have ever been , the rooms are not clean there are hairs all over the room, washroom’s are not clean either, there are cockroaches all over the room , The staff asks for extra money even you have booked it from fab hotel and made the payment through fab hotels. COUPLES PLZ DONT VISIT
