Best staff higanic room value for money

Nice comfortable place. Certainly accelerate my expectations

There is a lot of noise from restaurant kitchens, pots and pans starting very early in the morning and till late at night. The room I stayed in was located such that this noise disturbed any restful sleep. Everything else was satisfactory.

Room size ok, bad linen, bathroom not clean, in a Lane and not on main road. Not value for money, can be cheaper.

The room was extremely dirty, and both the pillows and blanket had a strong, foul odor. The entire room was filled with a musty, unpleasant smell that made it hard to breathe. Cleanliness and hygiene were clearly not a priority, and it made my stay very uncomfortable.

Ac in room : Ac in the room was not proper and weird sound was coming from it making it diffcult to sleep the whole night Water lekage around the walls where Ac is installed make it look dirty 4. No towels or hangers available in room On request 1 towel was provided which was dirty n unclean 5.Dirty washroom : Washrrom was unclean n dirty did not felt like steeping in and no soap or anything provided Overall experience _ 0

Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. We arrived late at night during heavy rain with our families and children, hoping for a comfortable stay. However, the rooms looked nothing like the pictures—they were far worse. The room had a strong, unpleasant smell, and the door mats were dirty and untidy. The AC barely worked, making the room uncomfortable and stuffy. When we complained to the staff, instead of addressing our concerns, they rudely told us to check out if we didn’t like the room, showing zero empathy despite knowing we had children and the weather was harsh. This was not only unprofessional but also insensitive and unacceptable. Overall, the hotel suffers from poor hygiene, lack of maintenance, and terrible customer service. For the price paid, this place is not worth the money or the stress. We strongly advise others to avoid booking here until significant improvements are made.

Bed wasn't good. Blankets were not cleaned. Service was very poor. Even Guest had taken Towel from Reception. Phone connection wasn't provided.

All the photos were edited, and there was 0% match with the actual room. The room and bathroom smelled, and the bed was uncomfortable. I couldn’t sleep peacefully — it was a very, very bad experience.

Very Bad experience, no good quality, not a good services, even there atmosphere is very risky. I already informed to your customer service person about all the things but no response from there side
