Overall, my stay at the hotel was good, and most of the staff members were polite and helpful, except for one lady at the reception whose behavior was extremely rude and arrogant. There were several unpleasant incidents with her, but I would like to highlight one in particular: I had ordered food from outside and requested utensils from the reception. When I spoke to this lady, she told me there were no utensils available as the hotel was fully booked. I politely said I could wait 10–15 minutes, but she arrogantly replied that she could not manage and could not provide me with any. When I asked what I should do, she dismissively said she didn’t know and couldn’t do anything, even adding that she herself eats food with her hands and chapati, implying I should do the same. Such an attitude was extremely unprofessional and left me disappointed. While the overall stay and service from other staff were very good, this particular individual’s behavior made the experience unpleasant.

The worst experience here with comparison of rate this the worst experience . The cleanliness is absolutely no where the AC was not working . Bed quality is cheap,the toilet was not cleaned.

Sales Person Makes false Promises, they will able to provide early check-inarround 10 or 10:30. But In reality, Staff was very rude, they directly said they will able to provide after 12 only, they haven't tried anything. In the situation, his tone was very arrogant.

I have booked my room at fab hotel sairaj narhe pune your employees rahul told me due to some issues hotel is not accepting any check in at 12th and shifted us to another place no lift was provided. I was travelling with my family. Worst service and response from fab hotel.

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This was an utterly horrific and unhygienic experience. The room had a persistent foul odor, and the washroom was infested with worms and visibly filthy. The hotel is nowhere near the "luxury" they advertise and is a complete rip-off. To make matters worse, they charged 100 for a miserable breakfast that took from road side which costs you 30 on the street. Customer support was completely unhelpful. Save your money and book elsewhere; you will regret staying here."

Staff was very rude. They hadn't gava one water bottle as complimentary. They charged me 30/- for the water bottle. AC was not working in room when I complained this they started speaking me rudely.

Worst experience. Rooms are not as showin in the images. Reception staff is highly rude. They are having some commission related argument with FABexpress and customer's are the victim here. Regarding rooms and cleanliness, there were bed bugs...washrooms were filthy. We had to ask for the room change because of bed bugs. Not recommended

You are making fool to customers by taking extra service charges. the same you are not mentioning in invoice also. no any other hotel booking company takes such type of service charge. this is cheating with customer. i had paid extra 273 rupees. i want that money as refund to me.

Absolutely disgraceful experience. You confirmed the booking at ₹1347 plus taxes, and then shamelessly hiked it to ₹2144. That’s not just misleading—it’s outright cheating. If there’s a level below “worst,” you’ve achieved it. - The linen was filthy beyond belief—looked like it hadn’t been changed in weeks. - No dental kits, no shampoo, no conditioner. Basic hygiene standards? Nonexistent. - Not even a facility for tea or coffee, let alone proper food. What kind of hospitality is this? This place is a textbook example of how to ruin a guest’s stay. Pathetic service, zero accountability, and a complete lack of integrity.
