I stayed at Rising Surya Hotel for a one-day business trip and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The check-in process was smooth and professional. The room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essentials for a work-friendly environmentgood Wi-Fi, a comfortable work desk, and plenty of charging points. The location is convenient, especially for business travelers working in or around the Hinjewadi area. The staff was courteous and prompt with service. I also appreciated the in-room dining options and breakfast buffet, which had a decent variety. Highly recommended for short business stays. The hotel offers great value, a peaceful environment, and all the amenities needed for a productive visit.

I am staying at Rising Surya multiple occasion and I always feel good. Clean rooms and good spread on breakfast. Staff is polite and helpful.

No breakfast was given. 120 rs waste in name of breakfast. Don't recommend, not even to your enemy.

My stay was a nightmare from start to finish. At check-in, the staff argued about the FabHotels booking price and refused to honor it until I insisted it was their platform's responsibility. The first room had water flooding the floor, a broken door knob, and zero safety measures. When I requested a room change, I was dismissively given a worse room: no door knob at all (anyone could see inside!), leaving me exposed. Trapped by heavy rain, I endured: A malfunctioning toilet with continuously running water. A window "secured" by a loose, poorly fixed green net. "Complimentary water" served in dirty, reused bottles. The staff was unapologetic and unhelpful. This place is unsafe, unhygienic, and unprofessional. Do not risk your safety or comfort - stay elsewhere.

The room was not perfect. The bed was not king size it shown king size in the picture but it was actually a two single beds joined together which made a back pain.
