The stay was okay. However, the cleanliness was not up to the mark due to a dust problem. They don't clear the waste from the corridors on a daily basis.

We have booked 2 rooms. 1 was ok Another room was very dirty and there were many issues like landline, shower, wifi was not working and many other issues

The worst experience here with comparison of rate this the worst experience . The cleanliness is absolutely no where the AC was not working . Bed quality is cheap,the toilet was not cleaned.

Sales Person Makes false Promises, they will able to provide early check-inarround 10 or 10:30. But In reality, Staff was very rude, they directly said they will able to provide after 12 only, they haven't tried anything. In the situation, his tone was very arrogant.

This hotel is not recommended for families. Also, online apps charge more than the hotel price. Normal charge is thousand rupees at the hotel for a small room with queen size bed and two thousand for four persons with dual queen beds. Online charges thirty percent more.

Absolutely disgraceful experience. You confirmed the booking at ₹1347 plus taxes, and then shamelessly hiked it to ₹2144. That’s not just misleading—it’s outright cheating. If there’s a level below “worst,” you’ve achieved it. - The linen was filthy beyond belief—looked like it hadn’t been changed in weeks. - No dental kits, no shampoo, no conditioner. Basic hygiene standards? Nonexistent. - Not even a facility for tea or coffee, let alone proper food. What kind of hospitality is this? This place is a textbook example of how to ruin a guest’s stay. Pathetic service, zero accountability, and a complete lack of integrity.

I have stayed in this hotel for 1 day but it was worst experience. No service & they are giving less amount of invoice than actually paid. No one is listening. Overall bad experience. Please book at your own risk

There is no way i can give this even 1 star , bedsheets were torn , human hair all over the bed ,bed bugs and unclean floor. This should place should not not be called as hotel , pathetic stay , i checked out at 10:00 Pm , due to bed bugs issue,

Not Recommended – Misleading and Unsafe I would not recommend this hotel to families. They gave rooms for questionable activities and showed no concern for the safety of family guests. When I raised the issue, the reception staff openly told me that it doesn’t matter whether guests are families or couples — their only priority is money. This is completely different from what I was told over the phone by the FBB hotel representative, who assured me it was a “family-friendly” place and did not allow couples. In reality, they operate like an OYO property and openly allow couples. I had paid a token amount, but they refused to return it after I chose not to stay. My advice: Do not book through FBB Hotels — they are dishonest and will not help you if you face problems.
