We stayed at this FabHotel in Jogeshwari for 4 days during our Mumbai trip and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was polite and always ready to help. The location is convenient, with easy access to transport and nearby attractions.

Different room given while the time of check in. Then i told to change as room was not that one which I have booked... No toiletries inside. I paid myself for things.. One plate per person breakfast... Shower Broken, spiling water from here n there... No recommendation for Families.

I visited this hotel to meet our guest who was staying there, for which they charged me ₹700. The hotel is very small and felt more like a slum dwelling. The behavior and communication style of their staff were also similar to those living in such conditions—quickly becoming arrogant, hiding behind fake rules and regulations to trap people, and using unprofessional tactics to deceive customers. I would suggest avoiding staying at such a hotel.

When booking the hotel, the online pictures showed larger and more comfortable rooms, which gave the impression of a spacious and well-maintained facility. However, upon arrival, I found that: The actual room size was extremely small and did not match the images shown online. The bed and furniture were different from what was shown in the listing. The listing name and branding were confusing and gave an impression of a more premium property, possibly affiliated with a brand like “Holiday Inn Express,” which was misleading. This experience was not what I expected, and I feel misled by the inaccurate presentation of the hotel online. I request that this issue be looked into seriously, and I expect a partial refund or compensation for the inconvenience caused.

The photo attached was the room I stayed which has got damaged while sleeping. The maintenance of the rooms were very worst and service was not proper. The water was very dirty. Due to bad quality, I asked for refund but no response. They didn't even gave any compensation for this issue. I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

There is a reason why this place is 3.1 star right now. Fabhotels are hitting a rock bottom with their services and it shows. There were bed bugs and cockroaches all around the place. We were planning to stay for whole day but it was so disgusting that we had to leave in Two hours. Never booking fabhotels
