FabHotel Prime Welcome Palace
I have been to so many hotels but I have not seen a hotel like Welcome Palace where there are different types of rooms which I was shown and the cleaning is also good. It is the best hotel in Surat. If you come to Surat, do not forget to visit Aquar. Everything was good and there. The behavior of the staff is also good. You get what you order for food and tea, coffee and breakfast are also delivered to the room in the morning.piplod Dumas road

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

One of the worst stays i ever had till now is fab la victoria. Though the prices are high the facilities they offer are very bad. Beds are so hard that sleeping on them was a night mare. Not even kettles for heating up water was provided. Extra beds were in so bad condition that the bedspread given were looked used and not washed. Definitely do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Also that we need tk pay full amount to even get a room.the hotel balcony was very dirty with lot of men seen smoking around.

Room was not cleaned.at night there were insects in the room. Towels were not properly washed.no intercom, no WiFi, no option in breakfast. We have skipped breakfast in the hotel and had it outside. I will suggest to avoid even if you get free stay. Found bad bug in the mattress and pillows. I had to leave the hotel without taking refunds for next day .
FabHotel La Victoria
This place was horrible. One of the rooms had a toilet seat broken. The rooms were stinky. There was hair on the bed from the last occupant. The staff was very unwelcoming and talked like they didn’t care about anything. We left the room in less than 5 hours The staff was acting very shady. The photos are VERY deceptive

* CHOR HOTEL - FAB HOTEL* 1:-Very cheap class service 2:- rude behaviour. 3:- Cheap class of soap no shampoo no hand wash. My ratings for the hotel fab is Negative 10 (-10). I recently stayed at this CHOR hotel {fab hotel} in room number 215 from 17/01/24 to 20/01/24. I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding a matter that transpired during my stay. Unfortunately, I left behind my 80W charger in the room upon check-out. Immediately upon realizing my oversight, I contacted the reservation desk to inquire about the possibility of retrieving the item. To my dismay, the staff at the reservation desk denied any knowledge of finding or securing my charger in room 215. As a guest, I expect a reasonable level of assistance (Thay said AAPKO JO KRNA HAI KR LO) and cooperation in such matters. The denial of any responsibility or acknowledgment of the lost item is disheartening, and it has tarnished my overall experience at your establishment. I kindly request that you please avoid booking with a fab hotel in any city. don't stay at this hotel. And the most important. room service boy frequently asking for the money.
FabHotel Prime Welcome Palace
The hotel pictures were good on the website, however once checked in it was far from good. The property charged the room rent before check in. The AC cooling was just about OK. The handwash was clogged. The toilet handshower was not working - the water just trickled when used. Bad bed linen. Toilet door jammed - would not close. No towels No shampoo / toiletries Staff were informed of problems yet they did not respond. It is quite common to find unmarried couple using this property for a couple of hours. I had made a booking for 2 days, but checked out of the hotel the very next day because of not only the pathetic quality of amenities, but also because this was used for neforious purposes. I asked them for a refund for the unutilisied 1 day and they refused. Fearing that these people have muscle strength - just walked out of the hotel. Strongly urge travelers to avoid this place.

The only thing was good that was TOWEL, IT WAS CLEAN Next Day morning first I was told there is no breakfast, later after few Discussion they agreed for providing breakfast, and I was given 2 choice to select from POHA or BREAD TOAST, this is what they can provide. I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMENDED THIS HOTEL TO ANYBODY.
FabHotel Prime Welcome Palace
The fabhotels and the owner of the property are running a scam, they show different pics on the site but when you visit the rooms are totally different and then they ask for extra money to upgrade the rooms.Even fabhotels will say to checkout and say that the your refund will be processed but they decline it once you check out and rent that same room to other. The rooms have filthy smell , bedsheets are torn and dirty and they don't change even after you complain to them multiple times.Biggest scamster in the town, don't fall for their trap.
