This was my second time staying here, and my positive experience during my first visit is what brought me back. The room welcomed us with a fresh scent that lasted throughout our stay, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel's proximity to the shops and railway station was also a plus. The only downside was noticing a few small stains on the pillowcases and bed sheets. Apart from that, everything else was great, and we had another enjoyable stay.

I stayed in this hotel on 5th July, it was very nice and very neat. Well maintained room, bath rooms are good. Their giving all toilet kit separately per person. They said no resturant with us, better you can take food out side , they have not cheated us in the food wise. Manager is very very humble and arranged a nice room service, coffee and tea are arrived within 10 min time from out side hotel with good quantity and quality. Very flexible approach for all. So, very nice experience and I strongly recommend this hotel to my friends and others. If some reviews are guided you wrongly, but belive me this is for better than other hotels in Tirupati which they fool us in many ways.

Worsttttt, i have paid 3000/- here for my stay which includes lunch and breakfast, surprisingly they dont have in house reataurant only, They are getting un hygenic parcels from outside and giving, in bathroom they are providing 1/- shampoo packet and 2/- soap where we are paying 3000/- for stay

Subject: Complaint Regarding Unjust Extra Charges for Check-Out Time Dear Fab Hotels Customer Service, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the extra charges imposed on me during my recent stay. I had a reservation to check in on 16th March 2025 at 11:00 PM and check out on 17th March 2025 at 3:00 PM. This arrangement was confirmed by your customer care team prior to my booking. However, upon arrival, the hotel staff refused to honor this agreement and insisted on additional charges for the extended check-out time. This was both unexpected and inconvenient, as I had relied on the confirmation provided by your team. I request a refund of the extra charges and assurance that such discrepancies will be addressed to prevent future occurrences. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution.
