The room was okay and the location was good. Service at the hotel was also average. However, I am extremely unhappy with FabHotel’s customer support. Despite calling multiple times, I could not get any help for my existing booking. Their customer support process is ineffective, and it is almost impossible to get connected to a support executive when you actually need assistance. Due to this poor customer support experience, I will not be using FabHotel again in the future.

Waste of money. Paid for breakfast. Only one item served with out coffee or tea. Wifi very poor. No toiletries. Only one small medimix soap for 2 persons. No TV channels.

Worsttttt, i have paid 3000/- here for my stay which includes lunch and breakfast, surprisingly they dont have in house reataurant only, They are getting un hygenic parcels from outside and giving, in bathroom they are providing 1/- shampoo packet and 2/- soap where we are paying 3000/- for stay
