Hopeless property, never try this hotel

Very nice hotel and staff Good boy god

NICE LOCATION TO GANDHI MANDIR

No packaged drinking water. Rooms are not that good.

This was my trip with my staff as we participated in exhibition. 1) day when we checked in, the hotel is not in its best shape. Some work was going on so lights were off. They said 5 mins but it more time not an issue but how are you supposed to sleep when there is hammering going on outside. Still hotel is not completed and fit for staying. For brekfast you need to go to another hotel cross the road. Not recommended.

1. Manager Pradeep is untrained , ill mannered, argumentative and highly non accomodative.He insulted our entire family just during check in. He needs replacement or massive attitude training. Assume nothing will happen. 2. The hotel name is Siddharth Corporate and not Fabhotel Siddharth Corporate. No physical signage of Fabhotel. 3. The booking coordination between hotel and fabhotel was poor , leading to chaos. And hotel were insulting us inspite of holding all proper booking details with no gaps from our side. During stay , we faced 1. Breakfast is served 210 m away restaurant. No resturant for breakfast at hotel. The breakfast was served at Punjabi Tadka. You need to walk on road to get to restaurant in another property. 2. The Ist day breakfast was cold served . We were served fresh juice , which was stale with some sweetener. The toaster was not properly working. No butter knife was available. 3. The room didn't had any balcony or windows. The representative pic on website are luring for wrong image. Now after reading this 1. Firstly we will have denial . 2. Gyan to improve further.

Surprised to see so many negative reviews on this property. Specially on management issues. What is owner MANGALBHAI VAJABHAI PATEL doing ? He should immediately get Manager Mr. Pradeep removed from system. He is not capable of handling customer / guests/ managing hotel. Any when they don't have a resturant internally, they should call it MOTEL and not hotel. Am sure both Fabhotel / MakeMyTrip should do some introspection for giving this place it's right position. Very petty situation..Beware of such hotels.

Staff is good but no service for food at a very high price of 4* Hotel. Food service either breakfast or dinner should not be taken. They charge 220 per person for dinner which is pathetic. Total very tiring and pathetic n poor atritude by corporate office. Stay at 1500 pee dbl cpai is ideal rate of this property.
