"We booked rooms from oyo nd when we reached here they told us we don't have any tie up with oyo...as oyo is transferred rupees after some time to the hotel owners and you directly need to book from us..so basically they want customer from oyo but after reaching there they will tell you that we don't have any tie ups with oyo...nd waste your precious time by canceling your bookings from oyo and as oyo also don't respond quickly they also spend more than 1 hrs to solve the issue....really upset nd useless service....highly not recommended...Don't go.."

Their service was pathetic, and when I sought help from OYO customer service, they were unresponsive and unhelpful. I felt completely scammed and frustrated. This hotel should be ashamed of their behavior. I will never book through OYO again and strongly advise others to avoid this nightmare. Save your money and sanity—stay elsewhere!"

"At the time of checking, they denied for room and I have paid full amount for 2 days. My two kids and wife were standing outside at 10 PM. Hotel representatives have no feelings and sences. They just sold the room in higher price to someone and take a chance, if we were not able to check-in. I never faced this type of problem earlier. Don't book this hotel."
