You should tell it a guest house and not at all a hotel. they only provide naked tea after repeated request. no maintenance, don't start the motor even when the water tank is dry in the morning. last but not the least they do not provide bill. it is funny that oyo also not provide online bill after repeated request. in fact it is a place of entertainment of unmarried couples for 1/2 hours.

Room was good but there were no water to use washroom and there was electricity issue also for almost 4 hours we had to stay there without electricity. even to use washroom we had to go to the mall. it was pathetic experience.

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

We were denied check in due to some paent issues with oyo. although the booking was confirmed but they denied considering rate is less. i was travelling with old parents and kid but they didnt bother and kept us waiting for 1 hr before v pay the difference. morning breakfast was also not provided due to staff issues again. rajesh the owner disconnected when complaint about not allowing us the checkin. iswar the manager is more like a damager

When we walked into the hotel we were immediately given a warm welcome which was particularly nice after travelling so far. our room was very comfortable. the restaurant was superb and the staff could not do enough for us. food was very good and the choice was amazing.
