Mene call karke 2 logo ka booking karne ko bola tha use sirf 1 guest ka booking kiya.... Muje vaha jake 2nd guest ke liye extra payment karna pada... Totally disappointed ....

Stayed for 1 night solo traveling for work , price Rs 1254 per night breakfast included, booked online. 1. Hotel on first floor without lift, front desk person in afternoon was " not " available all the time roaming around other than front desk also room phone was not working so u can't call him, poor management. 2. Bathroom was ok ok , rooms narrow, walls of the room are bad smelly and not coloured bad walls. 3. Hot water was available in shower. 4. Bedsheet and pillow cover was clean 5. Ac was working automatically not working with remote so u can't make temperature changes that made me cold in night. 6. Breakfast - they provide multiple options in breakfast , any 1 hot dish( dosa, aaloo paratha, puri sabzi, upma etc) + 1 cold dish (sandwich fruits etc) + 1 drink (tea coffee or juice)

Except Room Cleanliness nothing was even average. Far Far from being termed as Fabulous in any respect. Had enquired parking since beginning from helpline number and even hotel all termed Yes. But there is no safe parking available with them , neither assistance given by them for parking. Only sentence being told us to park on road wherever u find space if any . No Lift service , a hard thing for senior citizen to climb three sets of stairs for room. No reception but only money collection booth . Even for any trivial room service like water bottle else tea at room we will have to remind again and again and would take not less than 20 min , but will disturb you at night for payment to settle of even one water bottle. Then also they do not have any funda of morning tea. For complimentary breakfast u will have to go on ground floor cafe which have got different entrance. For lunch and dinner a different place that is u will have to go a ground floor , then again climb first floor to have pathetic lunch or dinner . We had to stay 03 nights with 2 rooms for had booked online on good faith and had made advance payment . Even during check in when we reached hotel seeing reception which was not from any class to be termed as reception , low floor roof...Except Room Cleanliness nothing was even average. Never ever trust & visit this Hotel FAB kalyan In Vadodara.I lost my Money.I had a Midnight flight and Booked this hotel , but nobody answered calls and no body opened door. It was looking like a Old Building and a closed hotel..beware of such Fraudsters ....midnight 2 30am..I ve rush to a nearby hotel at a very higher price...very unprofessional and Idiotic...Fools
