1.Room is wel maintained. 2) Room service is ok, but there is a scope of improvement. 3) Lift is very very good and smooth operation. 4) Kitchen is very knit and clean. 5) Communication is wel maintained.

Room is ok but staff service is very aggressive not worth for money

Terrible experience. Staff was rude. Maybe some goons the way they were talking. Never been this much scared during a stay. Even as a male traveller scared, not sure how women travellers would find themselves in properties like this. 0 star and requesting fab to remove them. At first they denied checkin. Flight got delayed hence it was a late checkin. Found someone else was using the room on hourly pay basis. After checkin found blood stains on bedsheets and what not.

As an outsider and a person who does not know telugu, please be careful. We were scammed at the time of check out. They take a security deposit at the time of checkin, and when we got the room, the bathroom hjet was already broken. But the only thing we did not do was to ckick a picture of the same to prove them. And when we checked out, they showed us the same problem and charged us hefty amount. These people just was to earn money and nothing. Never recommend this hotel and their unethical service to anybody. So, be careful and stay away from this hotel. Only and only scammers

This is the worst-ever hotel I have ever seen in my life. Even not fit for rating 1 also. It fits for below zero rating. I have never seen a hotel that charged ₹.750 for water bottles not consumed at all. AC did not work soon after occupation.

It's like a home not a hotel complimentary breakfast verry poor and geting from footpath and serving no water in bath room for water they are charging worst hotel in india your name will get spoil if you put your guest in this hotel .people will lose intrest in fab hotel so pl be careful to put guest in this type of hotel
