It serves all purposes of a hotel. You get a clean, air conditioned room but don't expect it to be SPOT clean. You get good food for great prices. It's right on the main road and they don't disturb you at all.

Actual rooms don't match the picture as shown on Google , the location of the property is missing over Expedia n other platforms , The name Fab is not used on the branding , only written black diamond hotel . washroom was clean , the door locks were broken , and there were too many cockroaches in the room, Bed sheet n pillow were not that white sheets dirty a bit , I asked to change directly, said yeah hi h jo hai , lighting in room for not Bright enough , reusable slippers were not dere , wooden flooring was making bubble sound

Horrible experience....rooms are full of bug and cockroaches, AC is for show only.. non-working...bad behaviour of staffs...they even don't take the luggage down at the time of checkout...I will recommend not to book this one, there are a lot better options available.

Bad experience, Yesterday I checked in for a night. In early morning when I wake up to fresh, there is no water in the tap or in the sink. When asked they say the motor is not working, average to stay for a day but not for a night. When requested to repay, they are arguing
