"The room that was provided to us was very dirty, there were stains on bedsheet, bathroom was really dirty it had a really bad vibes and room had leakage also. When we complaiend about the room they shifted us to premium room which was intially a deluxe room that we had booked but they didnt agreed and asked us to pay more for the same room that we had booked. Overall it was not a good experience."

"I am giving 4 stars only because of the great locality. Food was "Bakwas". Try Dhaba located exactly opposite to the hotel, which is cheaper and much tastier. TV channels are not working finely. Only 4-5 channels available that were free. It's not at all a 3-star hotel."

"Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful in my Hotel. Due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. Same was provided promptly without Any extra charge. Good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian"
