Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

The room that was provided to us was very dirty, there were stains on bedsheet, bathroom was really dirty it had a really bad vibes and room had leakage also. When we complaiend about the room they shifted us to premium room which was intially a deluxe room that we had booked but they didnt agreed and asked us to pay more for the same room that we had booked. Overall it was not a good experience.

Very poor service and condition of the room. The room was very dirty. The sheets on the bed had not been changed and had food on them so we had to ask the staff to change them. The pillows were old and smelt bad. Lots of ants and bugs in the room. AC but they refuse to give you the remote so you can't control the temperature / settings. They hadn't topped up the wifi so this didn't work. It took 24 hours until they finally fixed the wifi. They only fixed it after I said I wanted a discount then suddenly 20 mins later it was fixed. Staff have no interest in good customer service and just sleep on the sofas in reception. Would be acceptable if the hotel was cheap but at 1200 a night this is very disappointing.

These guys are very unprofessional, they send a link in your phone and ask you to share the phone so they fill 5 star ratings from your phone.. I just saw them doing the same so i snatched it away from his hand. When we ask him he says it is what the “Manager” told them to do.. And we also saw the message send by the manager asking for the ratings to be filled 5 star.. The bathrooms are not cleaned and towels are dirty.. Totally disappointed with the services. They don’t have a lift but a guy can help you bringing your luggage up to 2nd floor. Don’t go by the rating because it’s not filled by the person itself.

We have confirmed booking of 3 rooms in this hotel after full payment online, when we reached to this hotel around 11:30 PM, fully tired along with 3 small kids and one senior citizen after driving thorough out the day from manali to Zirakpur. The receptionist told me no room is available and he told me that it is my fault that before booking rooms i have not called him. After half an hour he told me he has rooms but he will charge almost triple. Receptionist is very rude and greedy. We have returned from there and raised complaint on booking website then booking website provided other property.

Actual rooms don't match the picture as shown on Google , the location of the property is missing over Expedia n other platforms , The name Fab is not used on the branding , only written black diamond hotel . washroom was clean , the door locks were broken , and there were too many cockroaches in the room, Bed sheet n pillow were not that white sheets dirty a bit , I asked to change directly, said yeah hi h jo hai , lighting in room for not Bright enough , reusable slippers were not dere , wooden flooring was making bubble sound

I would not recommend this place. It is a scam. Firstly the room was not what is shown in the picture. It was filthy and the linen was not washed. Me and my friend were disgusted, the receptionist was rude and didn't care about anything. The bathroom was used by someone. The pillows had previous guest saliva. The water supply was shut down. The whole night there were at-least 8-10 men partying and talking loudly and it would have been a safety risk for me to go outside and tell them to shut up. I demand a refund for this horrific experience

Not a great experience. The staff was least bothered. The room had no ventilation. The bathroom was decently clean, all things considered. There was no AC remote, so it was on throughout the night even though it had become really cold. The switchboards were all broken. The lights kept flickering and the bathroom light went off after some time. My booking also said breakfast included. But the guy gave me the option of aloo paratha and nothing else. Checked out early without having the breakfast. Never booking Fabexpress again.

I had worst experience with Fab Hotels. The rooms were not clean, lacked proper ventilation, and the air conditioning didn’t work. Customer support was unresponsive and delayed in addressing even basic concerns. The staff appeared poorly managed, and overall service was substandard. Not at all recommended for families, the conditions and service do not meet even basic expectations. I would not recommend Fab Hotels to anyone.
