FabHotel Cabana
This is a late review of the experience at Hotel Cabana. Booked through Treebo. There were no toiletries provided (except for towels). Had a great stay at this place. Thing to note is that this is located in a residential neighborhood, there are limited restaurants around the hotel. You either have to opt for hotel food or order online. It was late check-in around 1AM - I was quickly assigned to a room (I had called previous night about my late check-in). So your call to their landline number will get answered. Breakfast was very good and staff attended to all my requests. I was given a room on the ground floor and there was no network reception. Also wifi strength was very weak, had to place the phone near the door.
FabHotel Cabana
Fab Hotel Cabana Hotel is located in Greater Kailash 1. It is on the main road which is very good . A few tourist attractions are close by from here which is also good. Food is very good here but if you want to explore you have many restaurants nearby. Shopping is no problem as M block market is just a few minutes walk from here . Connectivity is also no issue here. If you come here in your own vehicle parking is no issue as it is available. The hotel inside is kept clean with the help desk at the entrance. The rooms are small but for Delhi standard they are big . Amenities are plenty. Staff are kind courteous and helpful.
FabHotel Cabana
The place has low/no network and they have pathetic connection to wifi. You're basically living in a cut-off zone in this age and time. The rooms are neat and tidy, so is the washroom, clean linen too. The staff is not rude, but just unbothered. The food is just about edible, far to comment about the taste. One thing I hated about the place was that within 10 min post serving dinner in the room, someone came in to get the food bill cleared and barged into the room. The courtesy of waiting at the door was missing and the insistence on clearing the bill in cash was brash. It could've easily been kept for clearance at the time of check-out but this was rather rude. Location and rooms were just about fine.

FabHotel Cabana
Extremely disappointing experience — and unfortunately, not just once. I’ve stayed at Treebo Cabana 4–5 times now, hoping for improvement each time, but the issues remain the same. The bathrooms consistently have empty bottles — no shampoo or body wash provided. The rooms suffer from poor construction quality, with dampness and seepage in every one I’ve stayed in (a total of 6 different rooms). There's a persistent, unpleasant smell. The linens and pillows are in terrible condition — stained and unhygienic. If you remove the covers, you’ll see what I mean. It’s off-putting enough to make anyone feel sick. The front desk staff is rude and unhelpful. The manager, in particular, comes across as inexperienced and lacking basic hospitality training. It’s clear that the owner is banking on the location and not investing anything into the upkeep of the property. To add to the frustration, they are very strict about check-out — expect multiple calls pushing you to leave by 11 AM. Yet, check-in isn’t allowed until 3 PM. If you request a late checkout (say, until 6 PM), they demand ₹2,000 extra — which is absurd considering the night stay itself costs ₹2,300. I usually don’t go into this much detail, but I feel compelled to warn others: this is not a hotel I would recommend. Avoid it if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and respectful experience.
FabHotel Stay Residency
This is not a real hotel. FabHotel Stay Residency is a completely misleading and poorly maintained property. The photos on Booking.com are absolutely not representative of what you will find in person — this place is a scam. When I arrived, I was shocked by the condition of the building. Everything inside was dirty, old, and broken. There is no reception desk, no official hotel signage, and no staff present to assist with check-in. I even got lost and had to buzz random neighbors just to figure out where to go. The place is covered in dust, the rooms are in terrible condition, and there is no elevator, so you’re expected to carry your luggage up narrow, dirty stairs. It’s completely unprofessional and not even close to the standard of a budget hotel, let alone one listed under a known brand like FabHotel. I immediately cancelled my booking, but Booking.com didn’t allow me to upload photos or fully describe this horrible experience. That’s why I’m writing this review—to warn other travelers. Do not trust the photos, do not book this place, and avoid it at all costs.
FabHotel Stay Residency
Very bad experience with fab.. hotel staff is like mafia.. just told they were not aware of any fab hotels and told me to just get out and check with fab only. I was very much confused and depressed after paying the advance to fab. I was traveling for hours and wanted a good sleep, my situation was worse and fab was not even lifting my call. After 30 min fight with hotel staff, fab connected and asked me to go to another property which is one more cheaper and 3rd class hotel and collected the same price as earlier said rate. I was paying the looting delhi auto rickshaws in the late night along with my family and luggage. Very horrible experience and thinking of putting a legal case for the mental tension I had. The guy named deepak (i don't exactly know his designation) was lying in one of the room with blanket wrapped enjoying smoke and giving orders to his bots without any fraction bit of courtesy on the customer.

I booked this hotel via Airbnb and paid the full amount prior to arrival. When i reached the hotel, the owner told me that i have to pay the booking amount as he has not received it. Owner intentionally didnt confirm my booking , due to which he didnot get my amount. 2) I was charged 100 rs for car parking, even though it was written in their site that its free. 3) Rooms were having foul smell due to moisture. 4) There was no water in the washroom and when i asked reception for that then i was informed there is an issue in that room related to water supply and that i have to take a shower in some other room. How can you guyz give your customer a room with such issues? Very poor condition.. please dont visit this hotel.

"AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS! My stay here was an absolute nightmare. The entire staff displayed extremely poor behavior, with a complete disregard for customer service. The room was unclean and poorly maintained, with a filthy bathroom. To make matters worse, the staff's behavior towards women was appalling. Basic amenities like hot water were not provided, and when I checked out, I was not given a bill for my stay. This hotel has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I strongly advise against staying here. My worst experience in Delhi, hands down. Rating: 1/5 stars (and that's being generous)"
