If only I could give location and service more stars. Such friendly and helpful staff members. And location could not be better than this. Highly recommended

This is a late review of the experience at Hotel Cabana. Booked through Treebo. There were no toiletries provided (except for towels). Had a great stay at this place. Thing to note is that this is located in a residential neighborhood, there are limited restaurants around the hotel. You either have to opt for hotel food or order online. It was late check-in around 1AM - I was quickly assigned to a room (I had called previous night about my late check-in). So your call to their landline number will get answered. Breakfast was very good and staff attended to all my requests. I was given a room on the ground floor and there was no network reception. Also wifi strength was very weak, had to place the phone near the door.

Good location. Rooms are okay. Don’t provide enough towels or toilet paper. Had some weird communication issues with the staff when doing an early check-in; they were reluctant to tell me the price of doing an early check-in in advance. At first it was 1500 rupees, then 1500-2300, then 2500 when I asked them to write the price down. Eventually they did honor the first price of 1500, but it was a poor experience.

Location is good. Neither rooms are good nor staff are too supportive. Thanks FAB employees for helping me out.

It's a very well located old hotel. Staff is very nice and friendly. Standard room was neat and clean but very small but fine for a solo traveller. Amenities like TV and aircon were so old an dated like 15 years. Shower system needs to be replaced as well. Refrigerator was not cooling at all. Overall 3 star and needs improvement.

The AC was dripping water inside the room and the wash basin in the bathroom was a bit clogged and there was water leaking in the toilet. The prices are reasonable and so we shouldn’t expect 5 star quality services but the basic maintenance wasn’t done properly and I found that the water boiler provided in the room hasn’t been cleaned in a while and was very dirty. Breakfast was ok and service was also ok. The location is good and easily accessible in google maps and uber too.

The place has low/no network and they have pathetic connection to wifi. You're basically living in a cut-off zone in this age and time. The rooms are neat and tidy, so is the washroom, clean linen too. The staff is not rude, but just unbothered. The food is just about edible, far to comment about the taste. One thing I hated about the place was that within 10 min post serving dinner in the room, someone came in to get the food bill cleared and barged into the room. The courtesy of waiting at the door was missing and the insistence on clearing the bill in cash was brash. It could've easily been kept for clearance at the time of check-out but this was rather rude. Location and rooms were just about fine.

Very bad experience – would not recommend The staff at FabHotel BMK Grand was extremely rude and unprofessional. The service was also very poor—there was no hot water, and the cleanliness was very average, definitely not worth the price. We booked directly through FabHotel experience manager Abhinav Kumar, who made false promises regarding a late checkout. We were assured we could check out late without any extra charge, but on the day of checkout, the hotel manager denied this and demanded 30% additional payment. When we tried contacting Abhinav for support, he completely ghosted us and hasn’t responded till now. Overall, a very disappointing stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a smooth and comfortable experience

This hotel is very old needs lots of renovation urgently. The rooms are well sized but needs repairs. Bathrooms are unhygienic.Furnitures in very bad shape. Location is deep inside a residential colony and the Gate closes in the evening to enter from outer ring road.

Extremely disappointing experience — and unfortunately, not just once. I’ve stayed at Treebo Cabana 4–5 times now, hoping for improvement each time, but the issues remain the same. The bathrooms consistently have empty bottles — no shampoo or body wash provided. The rooms suffer from poor construction quality, with dampness and seepage in every one I’ve stayed in (a total of 6 different rooms). There's a persistent, unpleasant smell. The linens and pillows are in terrible condition — stained and unhygienic. If you remove the covers, you’ll see what I mean. It’s off-putting enough to make anyone feel sick. The front desk staff is rude and unhelpful. The manager, in particular, comes across as inexperienced and lacking basic hospitality training. It’s clear that the owner is banking on the location and not investing anything into the upkeep of the property. To add to the frustration, they are very strict about check-out — expect multiple calls pushing you to leave by 11 AM. Yet, check-in isn’t allowed until 3 PM. If you request a late checkout (say, until 6 PM), they demand ₹2,000 extra — which is absurd considering the night stay itself costs ₹2,300. I usually don’t go into this much detail, but I feel compelled to warn others: this is not a hotel I would recommend. Avoid it if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and respectful experience.
