The food was delicious and hygiene standards were high. Location cant be better

Ambiance , hygiene, cleanliness, support and cooperative staff

Rude and abrasive receptionists, clearly discriminatory behavior. They refused to clean the rooms when we asked. My mother was injured due to ice pellets falling out of the AC, the reception knew the AC was faulty still gave us that room and then was rude about it. Serving staff were very polite and welcoming, food here is good, rooms are otherwise decent. Location is great!
