    "We check in midnight 00:30 and at 3am no electricity in room 108, hotel generator not working, summer season nowadays so difficult to stay there, lot of suffocation and humidity... We check out 7am , very poor service and owner behaviour.... Worst experience ... Only for 7hrs we stay there with no electricity in room, and hotel owner charge full amount.. Also room AC cooling very poor from 00:30 to 03am... No soap and water bottle in room."

    "Noise of rodents/birds from false ceiling throughout the stay..when asked they did offer another room but told that same problem is there in all rooms as the pigeons come into the ac duct..was terrible experience..i had an exam the next day but those noises disturbed me the whole night..i booked the room after seeing some really good reviews online but it was definitely a bad decision"

Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything."
