The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.

Very friendly staff esp at checkin & restaurant. Could not have been more helpful. Excellent rooms which were very spacious. Great housekeeping. Outstanding in all respects. quiet retreat away from the hustle & Bustle of city.

Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful. Due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. Same was provided promptly without Any extra charge. Good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian

Excellent service provided by the hotel staff. Especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. Me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. Will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting Jaipur.

Awful service. They changed the room in between so we had to shift only because they gave the booking for entire floor to someone else. And then the room alotted to us didn’t had a key so we spend half day with no electricity. Not to mention food that we ordered was plain khichdi and it took them 90 minutes to provide that. I wish i could give them zero star.

I booked a one-night stay at this hotel for my parents, who were in town for a check-up at Fortis Hospital. The experience was absolutely pathetic. My parents reported that the room was extremely smelly and the bathroom lacked an exhaust fan. Worse yet, there were mice throughout the hotel, and they even found mouse droppings in their room. This stay was not even worth 500 rupees, let alone the 1900 I paid. FabHotels is misleading customers with their listings. Because of a medical emergency and my parents being unfamiliar with the city, we were stuck with this horrible experience. I wish I could give a negative rating. Do not stay here—it is easily one of the worst hotels in Mohali."

Food quality is way too bad....we have ordered paratha...and there was mosquito in the paratha... When we complain to the manager..he started to give the explanation Way too bad experience, never recommend to anyone Stay away from this hotel Never come here, it's better to stay outside rather than this hotel It is pathetic. Absolutely Disgusting Experience – Do Not Stay Here! I rarely leave reviews, but this hotel stay was beyond unacceptable. From the moment we checked in, we were shocked by the condition of the place. We found cockroaches crawling in both the room and the washroom – completely unhygienic and horrifying. The bedsheets and pillow covers were visibly dirty, with stains and a musty smell that made it impossible to sleep comfortably. To make things worse, the door lock didn’t work properly, making us feel unsafe the entire time. The corridor and room had a weird, foul smell that made us want to leave the moment we walked in. This was not only unpleasant, but downright unsanitary and unsafe. I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Management needs to take immediate action to clean and repair the property before accepting any more guests.

Pathetic Experience – Not Even Worth 5 Minutes! This is hands down the worst hotel I’ve ever seen. The pictures on the website and MMT are completely misleading. In reality, the bedsheets were stained, the room and washroom reeked, and even the lift had a terrible smell. The receptionist was cold and unwelcoming—didn’t feel like a guest at all. It felt like a third-class lodge, definitely not suitable for a decent stay. I checked out within 5 minutes. This place seems like it’s only meant for OYO crowd or locals. Please don’t fall for the fake good reviews—I’m certain most of them are posted by staff or their friends. Save your time, money, and peace. Not recommended at all.

Bad experience in booking this hotel, I have booked via goibibo, upon reaching the hotel I faced checking issues, reception guy demanding more amount though I have paid entire payment online, it took around 1 hour to check in, services are very poor. Do not book this hotel for the sake of money, try some different option
