"The location is somewhere like a slum area...rooms are very small....the wash room door is damaged.. . breakfast or food is not provided....only water is provided....staff behaviour is decent only..."

"Very bad experience. Rooms were smelling of cigratte smoke. Bothroom was very small. We wanted to cancel one night as my family was not comfortable with the cigratte smoke smell. But we were not allowed to cancel. We paid the full money but vacated and moved to another hotel for the second night. First mistake was that i should have cancelled this booking when the hotel was changed from my original booking. I lost money but learnt a lesson ."

We arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. This was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight."
