"Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful. Due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. Same was provided promptly without Any extra charge. Good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian"

"I had given prior intimation to the hotel that I'll be checking in late night... after arriving at the hotel at 11:30pm i was asked by the reception staff to go to other hotel and they were not at all sorry for the act I was told the other hotel is 1km away but it turned out 2kms from Hotel Raj Ratan.Finally after reaching the other hotel named Crystal Inn...i had to park my car on road....no parking...no restaurant... degraded condition of room for which i had paid....no hot water.... nothing was worth spending a night there.Fab should remove such properties from their listings.Worst experience I ever had. 0 ratings for Hotel Raj Ratan and as well as Hotel Crystal Inn."

"Wholesome can say the hotel is not as big as shown in ingars its tiny. Please remove the breakfast facility for this hoetl as it has no dinning neither a kitchen they nring from out cheap quality food and give ro water in used disposed bottels brought by other guests.i wasnguven water in rail neer bottles which eas used by other guests. They had no waiting area.they dont even change bedsheets and clean the room. Very bad room services. I highly recommended to remove from fab hotels as they are spoiling the name"

"Ac, ifi and tv are not working properly. The rooms are not too much which is shown in the pictures. Food was not upto mark and even tea was wrost. I leave the one day before due to their worse rooms and room amenities. Even there wasn't appropriate hot water facility to bath and its very difficult to do shavings in the room bathroom. Even normal lodge are better than hotel rooms. It is my wrose experience of my life in this hotels. Earlier i stayed manytime in the fabhotels and i experience very high quality and services there. Due to this, i directly book hotel from this fabhotel app. But its level of it too much poor."
