"Booked on Fabhotel but reception asked for extra money before giving room. They won't honor Fabhotel price. After paying extra the room was given with dirty linen. Bedsheets and pillow cases were clearly used. They changed the linens when asked."

"Considerable place to stay at budget price. Room I stayed was good and location is ideal. Service however was poor and quantity of breakfast was too little. Attitude of the owner was not supportive. Still though, wouldn't mind staying here again in future, just for the sake of convenient location, parking facility and a new construction."

"The room and hotel is nothing like as shown in the pictures. I booked a non-smoke room but there was still a smoky smell in the room. The washroom was extremely small. The Bedsheet was not clean as well. There was water seeping from the air conditioner and was making lot of noise. Would not recommend."

"Very small rooms..some of the rooms in the hotel are without any window. Staff is courteous and helpful. No kitchen in the hotel. Location of the hotel is good. It is on the 4 th floor of a commercial building. The common lift was dirty, with betel leaf stains on the collapsible door."

"All other good reviews are fake The room is not clean, and the walls are extremely dirty. The blankets provided are unclean. The bedsheets have burn holes. The washroom is neither clean nor hygienic. Not getting wifi networks as well. The building in which the hotel is located is also quite concerning, with numerous spas and a generally unsafe atmosphere for couples."

"I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it was an incredibly disappointing experience. The hotel seems to be on its last legs, with numerous issues that need urgent attention. To start with, the initial room I was given had a terrible odor. Although the staff was able to change my room, the new one wasn't much better—while it didn't smell, nothing else seemed to work. The cable TV service abruptly stopped in the middle of the night due to needing a recharge. Water was leaking through the ceiling in the corridor, creating a safety hazard. Despite the hotel claiming hot water is available from 6 to 10 am, I never had any hot water during my stay. The food was another major letdown—it was bland and unappetizing. Moreover, the power sockets in the room were all exposed, posing a serious risk of electric shock. The elevator was also problematic, with doors that wouldn't close properly, requiring a staff member to assist in closing them just to make it operational. Adding to the discomfort, the hotel manager seemed to engage in constant surveillance, giving guests suspicious looks, which made the environment feel unwelcoming. Additionally, every guest who visited me was required to show ID, which felt intrusive and unnecessary. Overall, this hotel has far too many issues for me to recommend it. My experience was unpleasant, and I would suggest considering other options. However, judge for yourself based on my experience."

FabHotel customer service didn’t pick the call until the issue was resolved between me and hotel and they didn’t refund my booking charges. Better avoid, just another aggregar trying to mint money from both travellers and hotel"

"Never visit Fab group hotels as they do not allow bookings to cancel in any case. If you argue then they will harass you for cancelling the room and ask you to pay for all the days of booking without even staying. Hotel staff was good but Fab group customer service employees were rude, unaccountable and do not listen any of your request."

"When we walked into the hotel we were immediately given a warm welcome which was particularly nice after travelling so far. Our room was very comfortable. The restaurant was superb and the staff could not do enough for us. Food was very good and the choice was amazing."

"Hotel management or franchise owner is not professional since he dont want to adhere to the norms of Fab Hotel. Despite prior booking of specific room, it was not allotted to us. Also room and washroom was in messy condition. There was no Fab branding or signage for people to identify Hotel. Better to avoide and look for other better option."
