Stayed at both Fab Spiro and Suvee Boutique in Banashankari, and overall found them to be great value for money – Fab Spiro is a straightforward, no-frills place that does the basics right, while Suvee Boutique feels a little more premium with a warmer vibe, nicer rooms and slightly better upkeep, so it’s the one to pick if you don’t mind paying a bit extra for added comfort. Overall, I recommend both for budget-friendly, hassle-free stays in this area

One of the best hotels in Bangalore. Compact and clean rooms, excellent service rendered by Indresh. He is very pleasant, polite and a thorough professional. Also Raja was quite nice and helpful. Such warm experience i had for the last 3 days. If it ever come to Bangalore again, Suvee Boutique at Banashankari would be my go to hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you.

I booked through Fab hotels hoping that they would choose the hotels with their minimum standard. Very cornerly located and difficult to reach that place as there are too many lanes inside and all dirty unhygienic places It was very below average room, washroom floor and closet were cleaned but there were cigarette buds on the washroom window. Room was smelling bad from AC . Bedsheets and linen though it was washed , were very old and worn. Also the guy on check out forcefully took extra money from us saying that the bedsheet is stained and asked to either buy them new bedsheet or give money. Because of lack of time, we had to pay that.. I request Fab hotels to remove such cheap hotels from their application and website.

Very bad behaviour of hotel management. I booked room from oyo when I went for check-in they denied saying that you paid online, so our hotel rooms are all booked. I had to move to another hotel at last moment.

Worst experience we had in this property wash room not clean and towel soap water bottle also no given very rude behaviour with executive and breakfast also not provided

Hi team The fan in the room is very bad feels like it falls when increased speed and no AC is given.apart from that this is room which has big window which can be directly seen by reception which is the bigger privacy issue.
