I am from kerala. i stayed here for two days with my fam.the hotel is comfortable for us. the rooms are neat and clean.but at the time of check in i checked some of their reviews and found some bad comments.i questioned about the bad comments.and decided to leave from there. but my husband frnd arranged this room for us.he said its an okay place .there is no problem with staying .and we took an ac room for one day .and i remind if there is any bad experience we will vacate from here.the reception boy apologise and conveyed the truth. we the people are here from long.therefore i had a curiosity and confusion for choosing it .it’s the common problems of our mindset’s…any way i convey my regards to offer a good staying experience here.

The check in experience was excellent, with a warm welcoming staff, the amenites provided very well, the cleanes of room are very good, the staff was extremly good and friendly, the food at the hotel was delicious, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable

Yesterday i was there in a single room, second floor, room 202. after turning off the lights, i found a small camera like thing right in the one of the blades of the fan. i am sorry, due to that reason, i had to leave the hotel around 2 in the midnight. i was so scared, and it became more obvious because, as i wanted to capture the picture later, the light from the fan was off. i would never recommend anyone to stay here.

We booked this room by 7am morning and vacated by 3pm. rooms and coridor was filthy, with alcoholic bottles and cigars. the coridor was smelly and couldn't live. this hotel iseant for people who wants to drink and enjoy. not for a family. owner does t speaks the truth . they said the rooms cost 2000 and during vacating, when requested for bill, they say additional gst tax will be added. completely cheating and misguidance. we couldn't sleep yesterday night because of some fight by opposite room occupant. they were loud and completely restless . please donot use this hotel. my remarks and reviews are based on my experience. wouldn't recommend anyone for the way it is. rude owner and meant only for alcoholic stay.

- worst behaviour from staff. - not a recommended place especially if your are a family. - breakfast received too late by 10:30 am. - place enquire about extra charges like early check in etc.. they won’t mention it beforehand and instead will prompt you to pay partial booking amount (which is non-refundable). so at the desk they will behave rudely and will say ‘you can take room or leave’ as they already have your amount with them and you will be charged an exorbitant amount which will not be mentioned beforehand.
