"There was a light cut for 4 times in the morning and I found not take bath and was late to work owing to the non working of water heater. Inspite for calling several times no action was taken. The light was reinstalled after almost an hour. Pathetic experience. Even the hotel location is remote."

"Bathroom was not covered, exhaust fan was missing hence there was a big hole in the wall through which terrace area was little visible. Room No 401. Hot water supply was not there. Reception offered me immersion rod I stead for both days. Bed sheet was not clean pillows had stains reception was not very responsive they didnt do room service before 2nd day."

"I chose this hotel considering the location and the brand - fab chain of hotels. Unfortunately, I see the service is very bad from the staff. Inspite calling many times for either water, small issues, etc.; the room service takes 1-2 hrs. While checking out, calling reception to send a person to carry luggage; there was also delay in that. The receptionist simply said there are no people to come and carry luggage although he knew that we are. Checking out in sometime. The staff behaviour is very casual and careless. For anything, they say only sorry and do nothing. I haven't expected such worst experience from fab chain of hotels. Also, considering the room maintenance, room cleaning, receptionist tells that there are very less staff and cleaning couldn't be done when you say. We will do when we have time. Very rude & worst behaviour. Room amenities are present but not maintained like lift isn't working properly, wifi connection is repeatedly fluctuating within 5-10 min, the room bed/sofa aren't cleaned properly during checkin. I request fab chain authorities to check this hotel and do some proper audit so that they don't take advantage of being fab chain and providing service of 1-2 stars. This is a complain or feedback I wanted to give to fab."

I am sorry to say that I had not stayed and never be in future where favhotel names are there and it is applicable for make mytrip too. Can I get the payment what I have paid online."

"It is the worst hotel I have stayed at ever. The staff are jokers who have no experience or the will to work. The hotel is underconstruction and the rooms have no windows. The receptionist is the dumbest person I have met. He's careless and clueless and would not even pay attention to basic things like checking in on time. He made me wait at 10:50pm from checking in because his staff were having dinner! Didn't offer water, had arrogant attitude. Didn't help with the location either or gave breakfast in the morning despite being a paid service because they only had idli in bhubaneswar at 11am and coffee or tea was not part of the paid food! These guys are scammers."

"I didn't get the room which was shown in picture. Bathroom is pathetic. Foul smell and bathroom leakage was there because of which I couldn't sleep well. Rooms are very small for the price and toilet is so so small that I can't even describe. This was the worst stay at hotel for me."
