Staffs r co-operative though, but the hotel owner and fab hotels needs to understand that rooms and jail lockers r different. the rooms are very dirty, no cleaning, tv not working, ac not working, and the bathroom is just a box type of thing, no geyser, dirty bathrooms, smallest ever i've seen. worst experience, not expected fab hotels like this

The room was far worse from what was shown in the picture, even though it was just ok for the price, the picture was completely misguided. the checkout time is strictly at 11:00, and after that they would charge 600 (not negotiable), even though you extend it for 1 hour.

The room was clean. the surroundings and the hygiene was also good at the hotel. staff was courteous and was quick to resolve any query. location is perfect if anyone wants to visit jaipur in its full pride. perfect location, where everything is less than 10km's away.

So dirty rooms , no cleen atall . washrooms are very dirty. water leakage . full of cockroach and mosquito . no room service even they don't understand proper hindi also . we stayed greenland resort last time . that's why we plan to stay near to airport with same brand. but it was a worst experience.
