FabHotel Greenland Classic

I wish, if booking.com would have allowed me to give zero star. worst choice of my life staying with fabhotel. just by keeping name fab- it doesn't makes you fab. if i'll start from the entry to exit- i think i deserve refund. 1st- they don't have card machine they only accept via qr or cash. i'm not an indian resident so i don't carry much of inr and also i don't use phonepay or paytm. 2nd- we were 6 guest and booked 3 rooms. in the rooms there were only 3 towels in total. upon asking from front staff- they told me that hotel is fully booked and they ran out of towels, and the suggestion that i got from the front staff is- "sir, i think you all are family, so you can share the towels" wtf. who shares the towel- literally after a long debate for a minute or two they ended up giving me only 2 more towels. 3rd- i wish i can stop here, now, let's go inside the room- there were burnt holes on the bedsheet (here is the proof) in all the rooms, and also in the bathroom taps were leaking- and if you are travelling with senior citizens- guys there is no hot water services in the hotel. they told me that there is some issues with geyser in the hotel. if you ask anything- the prominent answer is there is some issues in the hotel. c'mon why on this earth you are running business if you have issues with your hotel. guys, please avoid booking with so called fabhotel (not so fab).

I'm writing this review with a heavy heart as i've never felt so disappointed and disgusted by a hotel stay. #fabhotel greenland classic was a total letdown in every aspect. the rooms were filthy, with cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, dust bunnies lurking in every corner, and a mouldy pillow that permeated the air. the bathroom was even worse, with mold growing in the shower handle and a toilet that seemed to have seen better days. to make matters worse, the hotel's online advertisements painted a completely different picture. the photos showed pristine rooms and luxurious amenities that were nowhere to be found. it was clear that the hotel was engaging in deceptive practices, misleading customers and taking advantage of their trust. i would strongly advise anyone considering staying at #fabhotel to think twice. the lack of cleanliness and hygiene poses a serious health risk, and the false advertising is simply unacceptable. there are countless other hotels that offer a much better experience at a comparable price. i will never stay here again and will be sure to warn others about my terrible experience.

I rated it after checked out ,the overall experience of the property is good or i 'll say nice. staff are very friendly and also their service . from their talks all i get to know that all they want need some respect and good behavior from customer like us also . you just ask him whatever you want in polite manner and they will provide everything which they have with their open hands. me and my family both are pleased with their service. don't go for everyone's review …. remember our four fathers lines "kuch toh log kahenge...logo nka kaam he kehna"

Room was very small. smelling like fungus. bathroom was also very very average. ac was very old and had noise. not recommend to any one specially couples. people who like staying in 3 star hotel rooms should not even think to stay here. i asked to change my room but the night staff denied my request saying that no room was free.

Though the location is good but the rooms are tiny without any proper storage space to keep your luggages. paying ₹1500 for ac and complimentary breakfast without any proper room facility. good for bachelors only. family people please stay away. rigid in room prices as well. no second visit from me.

This is worst experience staying here, 1. poor maintenance of hotel stinks every where 2 worst staff do not look towards customer 3 intercom does not work in room so you need to call over cell phone for any assistance 4 front desk manager argues with customer 5 if you order coffee expect minimum 1 hr after 2 reminder 6 lift is so dirty, even you can not enter, doors are jamm hence it remains open at any floor and becomes non operative for remaining guest. 7.advise you not to stay here
