I am a Senior citizen, having stayed in many hotels, and when I stayed in B Zone, a couple of years back, I realised that this hotel was miles superior to its contemporaries. It leaves its rivals in the Hospitality sector far far behind in the classy amenities that it offers. Superb cleanliness..... Place is exceptionally spic and span. Superb furnishing. A pleasing and aesthetic finish to the interiors. Polite and helpful staff. A sumptuous complimentary breakfast that keeps you going till late afternoon. An owner who calls to enquire if you are comfortable. Located in an idyllic, quiet, but sophisticated area . Located in a place where any important office / bank / resturant can be reached in a matter of minutes. And ALL this at a very modest Tariff of Rs 3000 /-. And my each stay seems to be better than the previous one. This is my kind of place, and will ever, ever be my place to go to in Chennai. I wish the marvelous owners all the very best. Police came by 11 pm and disturbed our sleep and this place has a very bad network.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience related to my stay at your hotel. I tried calling the phone number provided in the reservation confirmation email to obtain the hotel’s location. Unfortunately, there was no option to address existing reservations. I had to select “new reservations” just to speak to someone and ask for the address. During this process, my call was disconnected three times. On the fourth attempt, I was kept on hold for nearly 40 minutes, after which I had to disconnect myself. This level of support is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Additionally, upon arriving at the hotel, I noticed that the bedsheets in the room were not clean. This raised serious concerns about hygiene and overall housekeeping standards. I expect better customer service and cleanliness, especially after making a confirmed reservation. I request that you look into these issues seriously and take corrective action to ensure such experiences are not repeated.

Not good

Its very tough to find the Hotel with the location shown on Map.The Even the Hotel name has not been written on the Building. I booked for a deluxe room, but got very small room with no facility except AC. However the staff behaviour is very cooperative.

⭐ Worst Hotel Experience – FabExpress B Zone ⭐ This was one of the worst hotel stays I have ever experienced. My stay on 21.01.2026 was extremely disappointing. Worst maintenance – the room and premises were poorly maintained. Not clean at all – hygiene standards are unacceptable. Worst staff behavior – rude, unprofessional, and least bothered about guests. Breakfast issue – breakfast was served from outside food, not freshly prepared. The most shocking part: When I asked for idlis, they served two and took one back after serving. This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable and insulting to guests. Overall, this hotel lacks basic hospitality, cleanliness, and professionalism. ❌ Do not come here. Do not stay here. I strongly suggest choosing any other hotel instead of FabExpress B Zone. Highly dissatisfied and not recommended at all.

Very poor service no working TV no hot water cattle. No toiletries Room was full of dirt...very old and tore bedsheet. Ac was also not working. Never expected this type of room service from Fab hotel platform. They have shown balcony on website but not provided. Fab hotel Authority should take action against this property owner. They will ruin name of Fab...overall pathetic stay

Worst experience ever

I selected this hotel for a reason, but my experience was disappointing. One clear suggestion from my side: do not choose this hotel for a family stay. It may be manageable if you are alone and have no other option. The front desk staffs behaviour was not up to the expected standard, and the hospitality support was very poor. No one even came to show us the room. Basic amenities were not provided unless we asked repeatedlysoap and the toiletry kit were given only after requesting, and the same happened with the water bottles. I had booked the package including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. However, the service was not appropriate for three guests. Initially, they served only one plate for all three of us and asked us to share. Even after explaining that we had booked for a family, they provided proper service only after repeated requests. Lunch was similar. For dinner, they asked our food preference, but after we shared it, they served only three chapatis and one paneer gravy for three guests. Again, they provided additional food only after we asked. Overall, it was not a good experience, and I would not recommend this hotel for families.
