FabHotel B Zone
I am a Senior citizen, having stayed in many hotels, and when I stayed in B Zone, a couple of years back, I realised that this hotel was miles superior to its contemporaries. It leaves its rivals in the Hospitality sector far far behind in the classy amenities that it offers. Superb cleanliness..... Place is exceptionally spic and span. Superb furnishing. A pleasing and aesthetic finish to the interiors. Polite and helpful staff. A sumptuous complimentary breakfast that keeps you going till late afternoon. An owner who calls to enquire if you are comfortable. Located in an idyllic, quiet, but sophisticated area . Located in a place where any important office / bank / resturant can be reached in a matter of minutes. And ALL this at a very modest Tariff of Rs 3000 /-. And my each stay seems to be better than the previous one. This is my kind of place, and will ever, ever be my place to go to in Chennai. I wish the marvelous owners all the very best. FabHotel Nestlay Rooms
Bed was 2 single insted of queen. Matress was too soft got instant ace and cant sleep. On top of this AC was noisy and windows were tied and locked. No towels ,no comb, furniture is not finished properly and got cut in finger. This was ugly.
FabHotel Welcome Inn
The washrooms were not cleaned at all, cockroaches were present inside the room, and the floor was dirty. Beds and pillows were in a horrible condition. Absolutely unhygienic and unacceptable. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Worst place to stay. No room service. Staff not in uniform and very unhygienic. Not recommended at all.
FabHotel Welcome Inn
This hotel deserves a zero-star rating. The property is extremely unhygienic and very poorly managed. Cockroaches were visible throughout the room, including on the bed and bathroom surfaces. The staff was highly unprofessional and unhelpful. The rooms lack even the most basic amenities—there is no intercom, no bathroom soap, no towels, and no proper housekeeping. Despite having no kitchen or in-house restaurant, the hotel still charges for breakfast, which is misleading. The images displayed online are completely inaccurate and outdated; even the receptionist admitted they are around five years old. It is disappointing and concerning that platforms like Fab Hotels and Agoda continue to list this property. Overall, this was a deeply unsatisfactory experience.
FabHotel Welcome Inn
This place is a complete scam. We were told we’d get a room upgrade in 30 minutes, which never happened. That alone shows how dishonest and unprofessional this place is. The room we were stuck with was dirty, shady, and poorly maintained. There is no fan in the room, making it unbearable. The bathroom was filthy, the beds and bedsheets were dirty, and to top it off, the plug points don’t even work. Basic amenities that a hotel is supposed to provide were completely missing or broken. There were no employees available to help or even explain anything. No front desk, no staff, nothing. It honestly felt unsafe and extremely sketchy. This is a health hazard. False promises, zero maintenance, and zero accountability. Do not waste your money or time here. This place should not be allowed to operate as a hotel.

⭐ Worst Hotel Experience – FabExpress B Zone ⭐ This was one of the worst hotel stays I have ever experienced. My stay on 21.01.2026 was extremely disappointing. Worst maintenance – the room and premises were poorly maintained. Not clean at all – hygiene standards are unacceptable. Worst staff behavior – rude, unprofessional, and least bothered about guests. Breakfast issue – breakfast was served from outside food, not freshly prepared. The most shocking part: When I asked for idlis, they served two and took one back after serving. This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable and insulting to guests. Overall, this hotel lacks basic hospitality, cleanliness, and professionalism. ❌ Do not come here. Do not stay here. I strongly suggest choosing any other hotel instead of FabExpress B Zone. Highly dissatisfied and not recommended at all.
FabHotel B Zone
