The staff went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as they could .

bed was super comfy, room and bathroom was very spacious and well maintained

The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.

The staff from the hotel who doesn't wear any kind of formal attire or uniform has collected a sum of 1700-/ for a single broken pipe saying unnecessary illegitimate reasons which seemed as robbery.
