"The owner/manager does not had comman sense and how to behave with customers as he started abusing used F word in public and said to get the F out of property. Because one friend was waiting down near reception and not inside room. Still manager abused to leave the place which is unacceptable.. if there is no action taken for that manager of morjim Bliss, I will add bad reviews for Fab hotels too if no action is taken I will get to know as I have contacts in morjim. PLEASE TAKE ACTIONS ON MANAGER. IF NOT FAB HOTELS WILL DEFINITELY HAVE BAD NAME. I'm a HR professional and mark my words that if you don't take actions you are the worst service provider.. and I WANT YOU TO CALL ME TODAY SO YOU SHOULD KNOW WHAT WENT WRONG THERE"

"Hotel room hygiene need to be improved. We stayed 5 days in that hotel (Majestic Inn, Goa) however inconveniences like dirty bathroom and ants in the room were some bad experiences we faced. The hotel manager wife's comment was another thing. I heard her grumbling something against us, thinking we don't understand Hindi! I hope Fabexpress will look into it. Thank you for giving this platform to express."

"Terrible room and in a location different from what was shown during booking. The staff refused refund stating absurd reasons and the fab customer support also didn't help. Stayed there for only 5 mins and had to pay full 4 day charge of 6300. Totally scammed and ruined my vacation"

"It's not proper hotel..everywhere there is cigratte smoke smell..when we take this to Fab Hotel Customer Service, the Perso said , every where in goa, cigarettes smell will be there.. Insects - Cockroach everywhere.. fab customers service is very rude, In front of room, you can see full of trash heap.. no response when we connect Customer service..it's a scam...the fab hotel customer service will trap you with one day Payment and then start their game...Trvellers to goa, Please don't trust Fab hotel customer service..."

"Broken chair , improper repaired toilet cumout,repaired telephone servise and wifi net work chanels repaired after check inn, Roof top breakfast aminties like plastic chairs , chef cooking room looks lie 2 star statys .. our room ac swing button not working waiter boy kept paper to reduced fan speed..all are genuine complaints of 4 th floor 402 room .probabaly this is out 4th time stay here in thsi hitel we know how hood sarala crown was but now its compantable . Staff people are doing their level best to help us but still .."
