Good superb

Good food and stay. We were allowed at late check in. Near from all amenities. We had a good time.

I want to thank the staff of Fab Peak Hotel. I had to accommodate my guests in this place. I need to acknowledge the staff was extremely polite helpful even when they were under pressure. Called them for an urgent requirement for unexpected guest landing in the midnight the hotel staff team did not take advantage to usurp but was very helpful. The rooms were clean and hot water always there. A big thank you to all of you. Special mention to Vishaka and her colleague sorry I forgot her name who gracefully took care of my guests.

One of the most comfortable stays I’ve had in a long time. The staff is extremely polite and friendly. The manager Anil was extremely helpful with matters related to the hotel and also with planning the rest of my tour. 10/10 Would stay here again. Keep up the good work!

500 ok for that room

The most disgusting place to stay in goa. oyo rooms would be a better choice for you rather than this hell hole. The staff were arrogant and not helpful at all. The owner instead of questioning her staff was questioning her guests and said “i will get your bags thrown out of the rooms”. they took all of our money and we only stayed for not even 24 hours. 20,000 has been charged by them. No refund has been initiated. We were waiting for hours and left our work to come and resolve this issue. The rooms are unhygienic and maintained very poorly. The rooms were musky and damp. Towels and bedsheets had yellow stains. There is no lift and food services. No assistance. The rooms were completely different than the pictures displayed on the site. The owner and her staff were extremely disrespectful and mean. Another thing the owner said was that it is not “fab hotel”. Then why does it say fab hotel on google maps?? Worst stay of our life.

No proper sanitization of rooms. Found ants all over the room. Checked another room and it had the same issue. Settled in 3rd room which was very conjusted. Got the different room in next morning just to find that the lock was broken. Windows of bathroom had no glass and covered with towels. No hooks or hangers in bathroom. Please don't go by the photos on google and website. Rooms are not the way shown in the images. Lobbies needs to be cleaned frequently. Common areas red with gutkha spits. This is certainly not a fab stay. And don't expect anything from Fab. You will only get the message as Fab or Free guarantee. But please check the rooms before entering. We traveled with kids it was unpleasant experience. Only positive thing is the location of Hotel.

Very odd location for transport towards Panjim/old goa, at the time of booking hotel adress shown as Panjim. No proper location for couples/ family stay, no any manager available at reception, worst breakfast, no room cleaning, no proper hot water in bathroom, shower not working.. very bad experience
