Location is very near to the beach. But the rooms and bed required improvement. Moreover geyser was also not working. However, the staff is very good and helpful.

Door mats was not available had to ask repeatedly later provided

Hotel location is fabulous, staff @ reception is very courteous, but the issue is the kitchen staff whoa€™s not linked to hotel , they charged me for asking for hot water , sometimes even for the normal water . Also they argued around midnight for 60 bucks for tea which I forgot to pay in morning but the kitchen staff insisted on giving in midnight as they said they have to close inventory which I requested to pay him next morning as I was just back but no luck . Hotel could use a bigger sign board for clarity . Construction still Gng on in the property so the workers are there which keeps the privacy bugging . The rooms now were neat but lacked a closet with a lock and a door to keep the things safe when u need a room clean also the doormat quality was so bad it was worn out badly but nobody paid attention to it . All & on a real budget hotel , prices should be lesser than they ask for , as they lacked the luxury .

It was an horrible experience to stay there . I had booking for three days but I checked out in one day. There was construction going on in site. Wifi was not working . Hotel condition was terrible . Rooms were smelling .

I had a pathetic experience in fab express hotel it is nothing more than guest house I was here for 3 nights. When I check in the room I noticed Basic things are no there like no soap, sanitizer, phone was not connected, room lock was broken, no slipper no, WiFi was not provided until I didna€™t ask. I didna€™t get complimentary water bottle until I didna€™t ask for them. Every single time I have to go in kitchen to ask water they always took 40 minutes to provide water jugs. The worst thing is that window is not covered properly any one can see the person or bed from outside the window in the reflection of the mirror so your private moments is visible from outside when I complained about that they Say we cana€™t do anything I asked owner no mr villaw I called him regarding that the worst part is he was not interested he reply that tomorrow he will see he was busy in his own deeds. There is no safety so I will not recommend this place. Oyo rooms are much better than this.
