Terrible experience. room window locks were broken. main door chain were broken. toilet flush faucet spray was damaged. very few customers were staying in the hotel. hotel size too small only 15 rooms then too they denied giving us a better room. free complimentary welcome kit wasnt provided. hotel denied room cleaning post 3 pm. swimming pool was dirty and had all tree leafs falling all over making it impossible to swim. no kitchen canteen facility. backside of the hotel looks like a horror movie scene. by 11 pm all hotel staff i under deep sleep. we have to call a number so that some one can open the main gate of the hotel to let in. no channels subscribed to show on tv. pathethic customer service ans facilities need huge improvement.

Apart from the polite attitude from the lady receptionist dixha , the whole place was shite. a really horrible experience and a complete waste of money. staying in a non serviced villa was way better than staying in this hotel. restaurant closed before it even started , the hotel manager told me the restaurant already closed by 9. how the hell in goa can you expect hotel to be closed by 9. my 10 year old child was hungry and we requested to atleast help us use the oven and the request was declined right on our face. they said its covid protocol. since when did who say that covid passes through food. we understand swimming pool was closed , for our suprise the bed next to that were wet as if it rained. pool was so untidy - badly maintained and the bar never opened at all. we requested for a car wash , we were promised that will be done by the lady receptionist but next day manager says that the service is not available in the property. i work for a hotel industry and looking at your services , why dont you offer a dometry instead of hospitality services. do not go by the pictures , its a total waste of money unless you want to just sleep like a log as the bed is cozy

The staff had very indifferent attitude. we were informed that restaurant would not be open between 5-7pm. we called at around 4.50pm asking for 2 teas which the employees simply said can't be provided !
when we wanted to check out, a person was standing at the reception.we told we wanted to check out.his reply was "i don't know" and stood there .we had to tell him to get a person who would be able to help us out.
further the breakfast time was mentioned as 7.30am to 10am. we called at 7.45am on the day of checkout to see if bf was ready. they said it would take half an hour more . we went down and asked if we could atleast get tea even that wasn't available at 8.20am.
the breakfast menu was 1 item like upma or poha which was fixed by the hotel and it didn't have any accompaniement.also had an option of bread butter jam along with coffee or tea!
we sat in the restaurant for bf. there were no fans only ac in the room which were also turned off. we had to call the employee twice and tell him to switch on the ac.
at nights is difficult to reach the hotel bg walk since a stretch of 200m is not lit and dark.

First they seem to be greedy as hell, un necessary they charged 700a‚¹ for 20 minute early checkin without any information(after a heated argument with reception guy they removed the penalty), second they provide only one food option in breakfast and toast along with it, third they will charge 150 a‚¹ per hour if you exceed checkout hours, and the checkout time is 11 am and they do not intend to give a single minute after that even if the rooms are empty again the greedy part ,over all my experiance was bad, though rooms are good spacious, service is terrible and slow, they dont have room clean service after 2 pm. so get your room cleaned before 2 (again came to know without any prior information)

Overall satisfied with the stay. the pool was clean and the ambience was good. the food was good too. the staff was cooperative and rooms were comfortable. only one negative point in the room was that there was no dressing table nor there was a mirror to get ready. it was bit difficult to get ready in the bathroom. the way to hotel is too narrow to reach. a bit of pleasant smell in the rooms would have elevated the stay experience. beach is about 10-15mins walk from here. few good places to eat are walkable distance from this place. it takes like a 3-4 mins walk that's it. moreover few eateries are open 24*7.

Ac was throwing error continuously. we had to complain about the issue at front desk multiple times. refrigerator provided in the room was not of any use. it almost took an hour to cool a bottle of water. hot water available in the bathroom was not even luke warm. when checked with the management, they said that is what they have in the bathrooms. we had to again call front desk every morning for hot water and wait for minimum of 30 minutes to get the water. food quality and taste were bad and prices are on high end. overall stay experience is below average.
