1 AverageVery disappointed with fab. after paying advance amount and getting booking confirmation, i drove 600 kms with my 83 yr old father and after arriving there i was told that my booking is not done in the kings court. i was placed in another hotel which did not have lift and also was not at all 3 star hotel. with such a bad experience and rude behavior of customer service staff, never in my life i am going to book with fab.Sandeep Mehendale, 2 Nov

1 AverageOne of the worst hotel i had ever seen. i accidentally booked this hotel for stay by paying advance 1 month before after saw the pics of the room they send. when i reached there first problem started with the parking space. we two family came by 2 innova. there is no space to park our car. ok that we can adjust. 2. they want full money first. then only they will allow to see or enter the room. 3. the rooms are not painted properly. very bad smell and dust and bedsheets not washed. i will add photos. 4. ac not working. 5. no drinking water they provided. also no hot water to shower. 6. swimming pool containing some oily and food particles. not at all clean. 7. the front office staffs are very bad behaviour. 8. not safe for ladies. 9. morning breakfast is very bad. 10. no wifi. don't book this hotel the worst hotel of north goa.Rasheed Mohammed, 16 Oct

1 AverageWorst hotel in north goa. poor hospitality. on call they said this is pure veg hotel and jain breakfast also available.at night we informed them for our jain breakfast but in morning they said nothing is available just eat plain paratha and idli we have nothing to serve. they didn't even try to arrange curd or milk. water bottle is also provided after asking two to three times....on complaining they said we have no fear even if u call police..and in front of police they denied for the payment done by us in cash for room charges....worst in north goaHarshita Jain, 7 Oct
