I had a wonderful experience during my stay at Prestige fab hotel. The staff were extremely courteous and attentive. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options to suit all tastes. We had an amazing experience! Before booking we were a little concerned as we had online booked , and we reached airport midnight! But nothing as such , the staff here were very very concerned and helpful! Manager - Shubhamji , and other members in the reception ( sorry I didnt know the name) the morning shift employees, night shift ! We had an amazing experience! Rooms were very neat clean with very good AC, hot water , fan , refrigerator everything was in tact , they provide u towels & water bottle ! Best part about the hotel is - its located in the centre & hardly takes 10 minutes to reach calangutte or Baga , near to the hotel u also have kirana general stores for any necessities and pure veg hotels very accessible! Outside the hotel itself u have two wheeler facilities! And anything u want u can reach out to reception and they are extremely helpful Only draw back I faced was - While booking I had spoken to Jatin Verma @4800 /- but I got a different link of 5100/- officially and we had to pay 5100 ! So be sure about the amount and link u pay. Theres no lift facility but u can easily climb two floors , not very difficult to manage !

I had the most delightful stay at FabHotel K7 Trends With Pool and can confidently say it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed with their warm hospitality and exceptional service. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and we were immediately shown to our room, which was spacious, immaculately clean, and came with a lovely balcony to enjoy the fresh air and views. The hotel’s location is ideal, with Baga Beach just around 2.5 km away and Calangute Beach only 1.5 km from the property. This makes it incredibly convenient for tourist to enjoy both vibrant beaches and the variety of water sports available. The location strikes the perfect balance between being close to the action while still offering a peaceful retreat. Overall, K7 Trends is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Goa. Whether you’re looking to relax or explore, this hotel offers the perfect base for a memorable and comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

Location was top notch. Food quality was excellent. Staff was very cooperative. The only disappointment was with the room ambience. Rooms really need a make over. Door lock was not smooth. It needs a repair.Furniture quality was very very bad. Washrooms were not clean. Mosquitoes and lizards were there. Rooms should give a family vibe once you enter. Walls had so many stains and dust was there in the entire room. Wherever i go i click pics of my room also for a memory, but unfortunately this time i couldnt because ambience was so dirty. It is not worth 3400 per day. I think you should seriously take this up and if it is honestly done this property would be a heaven. Thanks

Everything is OK except lift. THEY DONT HAVE LIFT. Its 3 or 4 story building and we got the rooms on 3rd floor. Not recommended if u r travelling with elderly person. There r three types of rooms and we got family room which has a extra single bed with the main queen bed. Room was very spacious. Basic amenities were there including mini fridge. Standard rooms were not that big. Hotel is on main road and 20 minutes walking distance from Titos lane, Baga. Its near market area and everything is nearby. There is little parking space infornt of hotel gate. Breakfast was average but ok. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Swimming pool was operational with music system.

Hi, I have stayed fab hotel K7 for 4 days and below was my experience. 1: Do not choose deluxe room with family, Its a very tiny room with tiny bathroom,without exhaust fan. I have booked this hotel online and they gave me deluxe room worth 1900 without brekfast. Good thing was, after arguing, they changed it to executive room without additional charges. 2-Executive rooms are spacious but still feel 1900 is high for the rooms. Ideal cost should be around 1500. 3: Location is really great its on the road with good parking space. Calangute is 2 km away. 4: Dont consider this hotel with Pool. Its a jugad wala pool and not useful. 5:

I was there for 3 days and 2 nights and this is what I felt. Pros of the property: 1) Location is great. If you want to be near Baga, Calangute, Condolim, Anjana, then this property is good. 2) Included Breakfast was good. 3) People at reception were good. Cons: 1) There's no lift. I was staying at 3rd floor and around 2-3 times a day I had to climb those 3 floors. 2) The electricity went off quiet frequently which stopped the functioning of AC. However PowerBack up is there and you can get a fan atleast. 3) The delux Rooms are just like a small matchbox. 2 medium bags cannot be opened at the same time. 4) Washroom area has some work to be done. There were no exhaust in the washroom, and the insects always use to conquer your whole washroom at night if you kept the light on.

Didn't get my room on time... Room was so conjucted.. Not working shower & tap is broken.. We are gone for honeymoon but it is worse experience... And morning breakfast is terrible.. Only bread jam and puri sabji and egg... And powder based tea... Please guy don't waste your money here...

We did stay from 10 feb to 12 feb 2021 in this hotel. Price: we paid 2200 rs per day charge. We booked this hotel online as in photos hotel looks good. We have ignored other resorts stay which comes in same price and came to stay here. But as per price room was horrible. Very small room with very very very small bathroom. Towels they given us to use was horrible. White towel they given us with black spot on it. For hot water we have to switch on the tap 15 min before. Lobby : lobby area was.horribke. outside room you can see used plates and used bedsheets. They don't even care of hotel hygiene. Bfast : they have only 2 options for bfast. Which is horrible. Cleaness: in 2 days stay no one came into room to clean it. They don't even asked us. Swimming tank : tank is only for photos n for kids.its toooo small. Parking: parking is outside . They don't have their own parking . U have to park ur vehicles ram rambharose. Only three floor hotels without lift that means old people need to use stairs only. I suggest not to prefer this hotel

Washrooms were too small, Rooms are smaller then what it looks in photos, swimming pool is too small than what it looks in photos, there is no lift facility, parking space can accommodate 4 cars at a time, The hotel was over booked due to which they initially offered us to shift to different property but later they made us to wait for very long time and gave us the checkin in the same hotel. The property is not very next beach as claimed by the hotel, in fact Baga Beach is almost 1.7KM. No complementary water Bottles are given. Its not even 3star category hotel. There was no Fab Logo on the hotel as it was shown in the image. Whosoever what to book want to book this property, the max price you can pay is Rs 1000 per night, the hotel is over priced for the given property.
