2 AverageIt was a bad experience overall. first, when i reached the hotel, there was no electricity and the staff told me generator was also not working and hence it was all dark. due to this my checkin was delayed by am hour. then generator was fixed and i got the room, on asking the key the staff said “we do not have key for this room just lock it from inside, and when i asked them if i wanted to go out how i gonna lock the room and there response was aare kuch nai hoga “. on asking again they changed my room which was clean but again they switched off generator in the mid of the night. so overall it was a super bad experience for me.Pradeep, 23 Sep
