I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. i initially wanted to rate this a 0/5, but that option was unavailable. i made a full payment through the application, but the hotel manager claimed they did not receive it. after contacting fab support, i was told the issue would be resolved within 30 minutes, but it took an entire day of constant follow-up. the support team was unresponsive, putting me on hold for extended periods and often disconnecting the call. eventually, i was told they hadn't received the payment, and when i provided proof of payment from my bank, the representative became rude and told me to leave in the middle of the night. furthermore, the tv in the room was broken, the room was not cleaned, and the staff refused to address any issues, citing that they could not do anything. the service and staff behavior were appalling. i strongly advise against staying at this property.

Very awful experience from the staff end as well as from the atmosphere perspective.a room fully dirty and a big hole located in each and every rooms bathroom as i personally explored them.thanks for the same as so much air circulation and it would also help thieves to escape from it or help us get out in case of fire.
