The room was spotless, well-appointed, and very comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary bottled water, quality toiletries.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel.

I was very happy with the room. I booked a deluxe king room, and it was both spacious and well-maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the linens felt fresh and clean.

Overall good experience quite clean room TV not working multiple of time I face lift issue bcz lift run till 2 floor no kitchen available

Basically it's not worth for the money they have charged. There were mud stains on the bedsheet and blanket. Bathroom was too small to take a bath, such that you can't close the door untill you touch the commodes. Also the toilet seat was broken and there are stains. Totally not worth for the price.

I booked ac room but, they provided non AC and there is no hot water and drinking water not provided
