Great location beautiful surrounding atmosphere great staff most friendly and helpfull receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great impressionof hotel it was clean inwas very pleased with my stay i hope to be back for alongwr visit in the future

Agent Himanshu was very supportive, hence 5 stars. Location is very much in market area and crowded traffic. The hotel manager was very clever and gave us the delux room initially even though the booking was for premium room. After I spoke with Himanshu, he guided to shift to premium room as per the booking. Be careful when anyone is visiting this hotel....

The room allocated to us was very beautiful and comfortable. The price was very reasonable and the breakfast was excellent

Pros: The check in was seamless. staffs are friendly and helpful full. the receptionist was very kind. we asked for hot water couple of time for our baby and they were kind enough to help us. the breakfast was included and it was fine. Cons: The location, The traffic noise is quite louder throughout day and night.

Rooms were very old, rusted leaking taps, cracked wallpaper, very old building nothing like in the website. Frequent power cuts. Staff did provide prompt service. Room was cleaned properly.

Not recommended at all. Room was so stinky. The mattres was all spring it gave all of us back pain till the morning. Washroom was so dirty and taps were so rusted. They don't even provide a proper blanket with extra mattres. They provided us with wet sheets. Pathetic experience in this hotel. The property also looked very old and very dirty. Not at all recommended. Their blankets and pillows also smelled very bad I don't think they cleaned it after use by customers. Please avoid at all costs.

We will never suggests anyone to stay in this hotel. Do believe photos in website. Room are not much clean. Its average. Staffs also. Paste and other toilets things will not provided by hotel. If you ask they will ask money for all the things. And early checkin charges are very high and the fab executive is gave different information. Please don't book hotel in FabHotel. If you fond any issued fab executive will not support.

We booked 5 rooms. The hotel initially gave us rooms on a dirty 1st floor—no AC, terrible smell, cockroaches, no cleaning. Despite repeated polite requests, management didn’t respond until two Telangana police officers intervened and got us clean 4th-floor rooms. No basic amenities were provided despite daily requests. Completely ruined our impression of Hyderabad. Booking IDs: H31IOP & IET1F8.

Don’t Trust Fab ..horrible Experience..atleast provide clean bath room ..mentioned it as 3 star hotel …lodge facility is way better than this hotel …

I have just entered the property room and disheartened, the room is not at all descent even toilet seat is broken and there is rust all over the toilet items. I asked the guy about the toilet condition he is saying every room has same type of toilet with same condition… wow this is the response. The tariff 4508₹ for two nights which do not meet this type of hospitality, also there is no electric kettle available which is basic. Please note the condition is not appropriate as per the photos you people display in the fab hotel website, as customer book the property by looking the same
