Hi...Myself manish came from Delhi for business purpose and stayed in hotel Bee Town in room no 120 . On the first day I received a warm welcome by front office staff in a professional manner.tjey offered me a welcome drink and checked in me within a few minutes without any delay especially Mr. Abhishek ( Front Office Manager) assisted me in a excellent way to enjoy my stay at the hotel.I stayed there for 2 days.Food quality was just amazingly perfect and the service mind blowing ,service staff was also professional. Thanks a lot to Hotel Bee Town and Mr. Abhishek to make my stay memorable.Next time when I will visit MP definitely will choose this hotel only where hospitality counts.
What was good : The staff is very courteous and warm. Location of the hotel is very convenient for people travelling by road. Saves you from entering the city traffic. Thr breakfast is not a very large spread but it is DELICIOUS. in fact the breakfast prompted us to have dinner as well. What was bad : Towels are threadbare and torn. Should be replaced. Even tea/coffee not available before 7.00 am and no kettle or condiments provided in the room. Guests looking at an early start should take note.
I recently attended the thread ceremony of my nephew, and the experience was amazing. They arranged everything hall decoration, flower decoration, theme of thread ceremony ,music etc. We were late at the venue and breakfast time was over.but still they arranged breakfast for us. The hall ambiance was warm and inviting. The service was attentive and friendly. Food was delicious. I highly recommend The Bee town for anyone looking for Indian cuisine in a welcoming atmosphere. Thank you mr Thomas and bea town team . Date 02-04-2025
We had hall reserved for function and 2 rooms booked for guests. As told by them , with rooms one room is given complimentary for evening function. They denied us the complimentary room and as complimentary breakfast , last nights menu was served as breakfast. Either don’t advertise as complimentary when you can’t afford complimentary services or provide the services when your are promising. Would not recommend the stay definitely.
I strongly recommend don't go there, they are running a syndicate of trap here, also responsible are Fab hotel. When you book the rooms that can support 4, they have mentioned 2 max and in description mentioned 4 making it very confusing. On the booking when you reach there they will not even let you step inside inside hotel. They harrased my parents till night 3 am. I am writing this review in night 3. Called fab hotels multiple time no response. Even after hefty booking they will ask you thousands of money just to checkin. We felt like crying. My parents are in their 80s, they not even let them sit in reception. Mr virendra is hotel manager is absolute horrible person. Please save yourself and so not book this hotel.
Terrible experience at Hotel Bee Town, Indore! Booked online, but basic amenities like towels were missing. Reception was unhelpful, implying we were lucky to get essentials after complaining. They charged extra for towels and dental kits, making online booking a regret. Not recommended for online bookings.
This hotel staff is running a scam. They charge 1700 for early check in, but the actual invoice is for only 236. Add to this the hotel number was switched off early in the morning and main gate locked, even the call center did not have an alternate number. The hotel staff were not even apologetic. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Very disappointing experience. At the time of check-in, the staff started asking for extra money even though the booking was already confirmed and paid online. This was not informed beforehand and felt very unprofessional. Rooms were average, service was poor, and overall management was not transparent. Such practices create unnecessary stress for guests. Would not recommend staying here.
Worst experience ever. We booked the hotel 3 months in advance. Made the payments and received a booking receipt with booking id. When we went to the hotel they said they have no booking in our name and that they had no rooms available for our dates. We booked from their own website and their own phone numbers. Such a scam. Shitty management and service. Horrible experience. Please do book online if you’re planning to book this hotel.
Hotels are the Remark of Hospitality! Indians believe that where they go to opt any of the FabHotels they would be able find it 'The Best'; unfortunately felt very awkward when it comes to insulting guest and its colleagues (whose responsibility was to ensure safe stay of a Female Senior), instructing an attendant to bring back him immediately; whatelse can be more insulting for a female!! For such indulgent(s), couples friendly hotels are open across India... purpose of choosing Fabhotels wasn't to get insulted and to feel humiliated! Worst Experience of Stay in FabHotels, being a frequent traveller :(
