Hotel staff is very helpful n nice clean room n food was awesome

One of the best stays i've had, very convinient location, lesser crowded than sarafa bazar hotels, very good service and rooms, lifts work properly.. landlines, tv, water supply, tea, wifi etc, everything was perfect, very supportive and caring staff

The stars given are for the reception staff ,helpful and approachable.apart from the hotel being at prime location nothing worked for us. Room quality-mold, bedbugs,leakages not rectified quilt being blood stained after bedbugs infestation ,smell of pest controll chemicals.we changed 3 rooms and almost all had some disadvantages. Good location,good staff but sadly they cant do much as their infrastructure crumbling.or im not sure these rooms r given only to ppl who book online. Dissapointed. Again staff behaviour n reception is good.

Location-wise, the hotel is good and is approximately 3 km from Rajwada Palace. The rooms are neat and clean, making it a suitable option for a budget stay in Indore. If you are planning to visit Indore and looking for an affordable hotel, you can consider this property. I stayed here for one day only. The hotel is also close to Sarafa Bazaar and Rajwada Palace. Security arrangements are average.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my entire life The room was full of cockroaches, and there was a strong foul smell coming from the AC that made the entire stay extremely uncomfortable. Basic hygiene and maintainamce of rooms seem to be completely ignored here. What made the experience even worse was the staff’s complete lack of concern. Despite raising these issues, no proper answer was given and our complaints were simply ignored. The property is very poorly maintained and feels more like a badly managed lodge rather than a hotel. It is definitely not suitable for families or anyone expecting basic cleanliness and comfort. Honestly, this was a complete waste of money. After this experience, I have decided to avoid any accommodation associated with Fab Hotels in the future.

Extremely disappointed with my stay. The room smelled terrible, like it hadn’t been cleaned properly. The overall condition of the room was below standard. On top of that, the service was poor — staff showed no urgency or concern when complaints were made. This was not a comfortable or pleasant experience at all. Very bad experience never ever stay here

It's a hotel where both feb and hotel make you foolish it was worst experience.tv is not functional in any room, drinking water is provided in jug like lodge.hot water is not supplied in some of the room's.never book any hotel through feb.even no response by Feb on your complaint.

Never book this hotel. Very dirty room and I smile. You would never be able to stay there with your family. Too much smelling room and poor service. I booked this hotel through MakeMyTrip. But this hotel disappointed me and my family a lot and that is why I cannot tell you that both the companies are absolutely useless.

This hotel has no parking facility, which was inconvenient, and there was no hot water available for refreshing. The stay was uncomfortable and disappointing.Overall poor experience
