Great lovely hotel with awesome breakfast. Will definitely visit again!

As soon as I entered the hotel, I was welcomed by an exemplary sense of hospitality. The reception desk staff were extraordinarily courteous and efficient,ensuring that my check-in process was seamless and hassle-free. They took the time to provide me with detailed information about the hotel's facilities and amenities, leaving no room for confusion or uncertainty. Upon entering my room, I was immediately struck by its exquisite decor that exuded an aura of elegance and charm. The attention to detail was impeccable, leaving no corner untouched in terms of aesthetics. The king-sized bed provided a level of comfort that ensured a peaceful and restful sleep. I was particularly impressed by the immaculate cleanliness of the room, which spoke volumes about the hotel's commitment to maintaining the highest standards. The attentive and friendly service of the staff further enhanced the overall dining experience, making it truly enjoyable and memorable. Our room was ready and everything was good. Value for money. Though they don't serve food according to one's requirements but other than food, it can be an ideal place to live under a moderate budget.

Good size room. Breakfast was really good and had good quality and variety. Staff is very helpful and attentive and precise with the information provided.

Location is very good. Service is poor and rooms are not that great.

There is no branding of FabHotels in the hotel anywhere, the staff was not supportive & rude. The room looked nothing like the pictures. The rooms have less privacy, loud noises from the loby hit the room. The matress was bad, sheets were dirty even after asking them to clean it. The sheets were so bad that there was hair all over sheets and blanket. The walls have 'seelan' issue and the overall stay was just below expectations! FabHotels should look into their franchise hotels for better image & management. Not worth the money paid.
