"*Disappointing Stay at FabHotel Grand Vista, Indore. I recently had the misfortune of staying at FabHotels in Indore, and my experience was extremely disappointing. Despite booking with high expectations, the property failed to deliver on several fronts. *Major Issues:* 1. *Renovation Chaos*: The property is currently under renovation, which was not disclosed at the time of booking. This led to disruptions and inconvenience throughout my stay. 2. *Misleading Staff*: The staff provided incorrect information, which added to my frustration. 3. *Uncleaned Rooms*: The room I was allocated was not cleaned properly, with visible stains and dust. 4. *Unhygienic Linen*: The bed linen and towels were not fresh or clean, which is unacceptable for any hotel. *Overall Experience*: My stay at FabHotels, Indore was unpleasant and fell short of my expectations. No parking space available. The lack of transparency, poor housekeeping, and unprofessional staff made my experience regrettable. *Recommendation*: Until the renovation is complete and the hotel addresses its service and cleanliness issues, I would advise others to avoid booking this property."

"Staff is good but needs to be supervised constantly to clean the dusty rooms. They cleaned the washroom only once in our 3 nights stay. Still that's not the reason for poor ratings as the staff will attend to whatever you ask for. Giving poor ratings because there was no lift and constant powercuts sometimes more than an hour at a stretch!! Hotel is still undergoing repairs and it's not fit for elderly people as there is no lift nor rooms on the ground floor. Really disappointed as the booking mentioned facilities to the contrary which is misleading. My old parents had a tough time climbing up and down the stairs. Reception managers are very helpful and polite and will try to help you out the best they can."

"One of the wrost experience with Hotel as well as FabHotels care. One thing is sure FabHotels can't complete with other platforms like Goibibo, Make my trip etc. Even coustmer care people don't know how to talk and take appropriate action. Now comes to hotel, I book Executive room online but they offer Deluxe room, after my resistance they change my room at night. I have done early check-in but they don't give the invoice for that amount. The reception staff are unprofessional, with absolutely no knowledge of hospitality and zero motivation to help. Don't go by seeing the pictures on FabHotels platform. There is nothing like that. Avoid this place at any cost."

"The reviews, photographs and ratings of the property on all booking platforms are misleading. Please don't give it a try. The lift was not working. There was no wifi. Seating arrangemens in the restaurant was dirty and stinking. They provided us with a room with no shower in the barthroom. No proper lighting in the bathroom. The tube light was hanging on the mirror. On asking, the manager told that the rooms were undergoing renovation. In that case they should not have allotted the room. As we had planned to leave early next morning, we did not have the option to change the hotel."

"The hotel and staff was good but i wanna share my thoughts about the Fab hotel customer executives, as these ppl are very pathetic. I have to change the hotel and executives held my check in for almost 3 hrs, they made me roam around 3 KMs in rains and selected wrong hotel. They were not stopped on this, the price of the hotel has been increased 400 rs more than the actual price of the room at hotel ( u can choose hotel directly offfline without reaching the fab website). They made me to call more than 30 times in the mean time to get my room. In short the customer support team is awful."

"The rooms are great in facilities but lacks maintenance. There was dust settled on almost everything in the room and the room wasn't cleaned while checking-in. These issues were rectified eventually over the period of stay, but coming to a room that needs cleaning after a long journey is a pain. Edit after response from owner: Check-in time is 12 noon. I checked in at 1:45 pm, well after the check-in time. I am pretty sure 1 hour 45 minutes was more than enough time for cleaning. I also left the room immediately after asking it to be cleaned. I only returned after 10 pm and the room was still not cleaned. Please do not give excuses when I gave you more than 10 hours to do your duty."
