Staffs behaviour is excellent. They are providing very good service with respect and regards.Room service are excellent.Recommended for increasing salary of all staffs including manager. Special Remarks - It is better to arrange fooding arrangment within this hotel as earlier it is available. This is my 4th time visit. Thanks.

The stars given are for the reception staff ,helpful and approachable.apart from the hotel being at prime location nothing worked for us. Room quality-mold, bedbugs,leakages not rectified quilt being blood stained after bedbugs infestation ,smell of pest controll chemicals.we changed 3 rooms and almost all had some disadvantages. Good location,good staff but sadly they cant do much as their infrastructure crumbling.or im not sure these rooms r given only to ppl who book online. Dissapointed. A discrepancy of approximately 50% between the advertised condition and the reality is unacceptable. This constitutes deceptive marketing and false advertising. Overall: The combination of inflated prices, subpar accommodation, a lack of parking, and misleading online imagery makes this hotel a very poor choice. The proximity to the airport does not compensate for the significant shortcomings. I strongly advise potential guests to avoid this hotel until significant improvements are made. A thorough inspection of the rooms and an update to the online photos are essential before anyone should consider booking here.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my entire life The room was full of cockroaches, and there was a strong foul smell coming from the AC that made the entire stay extremely uncomfortable. Basic hygiene and maintainamce of rooms seem to be completely ignored here. What made the experience even worse was the staff’s complete lack of concern. Despite raising these issues, no proper answer was given and our complaints were simply ignored. The property is very poorly maintained and feels more like a badly managed lodge rather than a hotel. It is definitely not suitable for families or anyone expecting basic cleanliness and comfort. Honestly, this was a complete waste of money. After this experience, I have decided to avoid any accommodation associated with Fab Hotels in the future.

I recently stayed at a hotel and had an absolutely terrible experience with the staff. From the moment I arrived, the hotel staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. They seemed to be completely disinterested in providing any level of customer service and went out of their way to make me feel unwelcome. The check-in process was a complete nightmare. The staff member who assisted me was impatient and short with me, barely acknowledging my presence and seemingly annoyed that I was even there. When I asked a few questions about the amenities and local area, they responded with a bored tone and didn't even look at me. It was clear that they just wanted me to leave as quickly as possible. The poor attitude of the staff continued throughout my stay. When I needed assistance with my room, they were slow to respond and acted as if it was an inconvenience. They were not accommodating at all, and I felt as if I was inconveniencing them with even the simplest requests. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff's terrible attitudes and lack of customer service made my stay incredibly unpleasant. If you're looking for a hotel with friendly and helpful staff, look elsewhere.

Very disappointing experience. We booked two rooms, and both were in extremely poor condition. The bedsheets, blankets, and pillows were stained, the rooms had a foul smell with no proper ventilation, and the bathrooms were dirty. FabHotels has seriously degraded in terms of cleanliness and quality. I had made a partial payment before arrival, but after seeing the condition of the rooms, we refused to stay. When I contacted customer care, instead of handling the issue professionally, I was asked to click pictures so they could “trust” my complaint. Who clicks pictures while seeing a room just to be believed? This response was highly unprofessional. Despite raising the issue immediately, no refund was provided for the advance payment. Would not recommend.
