Firstly and most importantly, the Hotel Staff was non-cooperative and insensitive. Being a lady senior citizen, I needed a cab for dropping me to the Indore Railways Station at night around 9:30 PM. I requested the hotel staff to arrange for an Uber or Ola cab but they refused straightaway and instead offered to arrange a pre-paid cab which costed me almost double the tariff than an Uber or Ola cab. All of your staff had smartphones and they could have easily used the Uber or Ola App on their Smartphones to book a Uber or Ola cab for me...it was a few taps for them on their smartphones but they refused inspite of my repeated requests for helping me out. You should give this feedback to your staff and train them better on sensitivity and try to inculcate an attitude of "Always ready to help the Guest(s)" especially in case of lady senior citizens. Secondly, your room tariffs are quite high as compared to other Hotels in your neighborhood and in surrounding areas. Also, your overall service and staff is not upto the standards as it should be considering your comparatively high Room Tariffs. Please consider this feeback from your Guest and do something constructive to improve on these issues in the future. Thank you!

Fabhotel executive provide me wrong information about the hotel and restaurant fab hotel executive tell me 2 days breakfast provide by hotel side but property give me breakfast only poha and chai and next day provide me only single samosa and coffee.

I purchases a breakfast package with two days stay at the hotel from makemytrip.\r\n\r\nPros and cons listed below.\r\n\r\nPros:\r\n\r\n1. Service is prompt you ask for something at room, room cleaning service is also fast.\r\n\r\n2. Food they serve is good in taste, I tried many dishes.. It worth to order from hotel, food is also properly priced.\r\n\r\n3. All amenities worked fine.\r\n\r\n4. Location is easy to find its just opposite effotel by siyaji.\r\n\r\nCONS-\r\n\r\n1. PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR.\r\n\r\nStaff is not well-trained to behave like a chain a hotel staff like waiting at reception for check-in for approx 20 minutes where the receptionist said it would take only 5 minutes. Buffet breakfast was like pain for them... Serving cold tea, sambhar didn't have salt, no cups available, no salt on the table. Seems like we didn't paid for it They kept cheap soaps at the washroom, only one towel was in the room although we were two.\r\n\r\n4. Staff has serious issue of peeking into room if door is open, they stare.\r\n\r\nOverall, these cons can be case specific also... Or can be avoided by training staff.

This was my first experience with Fab Chain.Going along with the reviews I booked 2 rooms together.The experience was not a pleasent one though.Pictures can be deceiving indeed and so can be the reviews. Will try to be honest here. Hotel is located in a convinient location right near popular chains like radisson or effotel. On entering the hotel i was welcomed with a strong pungent smell coming right off the reception. The staff greeted me and i proceeded with the check in. It was told to me by one of the senior staff that one of my room is in 1st Floor while the other one is on 2nd Floor. I had contacted the management earlier and they did not inform me about this. After checking in to my room I started believing that pictures are elusive sometimes. The linens were not clean,Ac was not working in one of the rooms,was not able to login to the wifi and the bathrooms were smelling. Breakfast had paw bhaji,upma,bread butter and tea.No complaints here. It was mentioned its fabulous or free. Neither the stay was fabulous nor was it free. Anyways, this experience would probably be the last in this chain. Would definitely not recommend to my relatives, colleagues or friends. Anyways cheers.

The customer care service is pathetic the agents are fraudsters, they've given me the discount beforehand but that discount didn't get applied during the checkin, I've to pay the full amount and no one picked up the call for assistance

Front desk lady was very rude, late check out was complimentary but she asked to pay the amount, even there was 10% discount on food/beverages but even she refused to accept that and stated she don't what to know what discount it is showing but want all amount to be paid.. She was so arrogant that instead to giving the invoice in my hand she threw the invoice.. This lady was so adamant, rude, pathetic and full of attitude, that I will never go for Hotel Benchmark again Just because of her and this type of people shouldn't be kept in hospitality business. They will spoil the business and reputation of hotel.
